the East & West, but how to get there? Stating the obvious, we are as different as how we got here in the first place.
Many of the west people came from another state and or region of the country. They are people that pulled up and moved, left family and ties that in of itself sets them apart from most in the east. The majority in the east still live in the same area that their fathers and their grandfathers did. Many in the west had other jobs and carries and ended up at the airline only as a result of moving out west. Many in the east have worked here since high school this is their only work experience. Many in the west see change as opportunity; many in the east see it as something to be feared. I am not saying any of these are not real or legitimate feelings but they shape who we are and why we look at things so differently.
