88% load factor. Phenomenal job by the whole airline.
Give Parker credit for cleaning this airline up and brokering deals. But as good as he is putting teams together, he isnt any less greedy than corporate america.
If he had his way, fleet service would only deserve 1.5% current wage proposal increase regardless if lcc made $100 million this year or $billions.

TN will there be SOLIDARITY on 8/12/13 ? or will F/S be looking for a different UNION to have SAFETY IN NUMBERS ?

Lock n' Load
Lock n' Load indeed. If anyone in the US Fleet believes they are going to realize contract improvements from this company without a fight is being very naive. We will have to fight kick and scratch for everything. With that being said... it's time to stand together for our common good. The company is betting we can't stick together for any cause. AH and the company is not going to give it to you, brothers and sisters, out of the kindness of their hearts. When it comes to realizing the past sacrifices of the US Fleet they have no memory, appreciation or desire. It's time, now more than ever, to stand together and Lock and Load!

Even some west employee here now understand just where they might not be if they don't fight now. It's finally sinking in. The company better come up with something in the line of talks when the DOT gives the merger it's blessing.

Anyone else see/do the 'Day 1 Merger Training" module thingy in iLearning? I understand why they did it but I doubt whoever put it together realizes how ironic and detached it sounds to the average front line employee.

I rather like being an "agent", not sure I how feel about becoming a "clerk"...

Psa, the association vote next year will bar any union for an additional two. How do they say it??? Make the best with what you got.

TN. So you don't have any info yet on another Union being on the Ballot with the IAM/TWU Association when Customer Service/FS at AMR Group reaches SCS ? IMO. 8/12/13 is pivotal for US.

I don't know that Tim is out of line for suggesting that IBT might try to get in. You've got to remember that the IBT has time and again shown that they'll try to get whatever they can. Just because they've lost and/or gotten the boot before doesn't mean they won't try again!

Heard from a friend of mine in CLT, they are having a 5 min walk to the center ally way a couple times a day s a protest against no contract and huge profits. He said the management doesn't know how to handle it. Wish I was there with the brothers and sisters for support. It's time for it but I prefer work by the rule book for the entire shift...... flight and ground safety come first and the FAA will back you 100 percent. Go CLT FSA AND SHOVE THAT FLEET SERVICE CLERK NAME UP YOUR ARSE.

How does Union Workers sound ? If you'll want to get technical CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT's working different STATION CLASSIFICATIONS. Feel better ?
