If they were I would be careful. Some of our East f/a's would put Navy Seals to shame.

Without America West, there would be NO EAST. You'd be 7 years into your post us air life. Probably happier too I might add.

Are you seriously dumb enough to believe that anything would have saved it? Liquidating companies don't have many options.
Is that why there was never a pension at America West? They were always on the verge of liquidating. America West would have been long gone if it weren't for low wages and no pensions.

I wouldn't assume that Courtney. You weren't there long enough to be vested anyway. What did your union brothers do with all those stock options that were issued to the Metrojet guys?

Nothing has ever changed. All of this is still true. Aside from the ripeness decision which was split by 4 Federal Judges 50/50 USAPA is still eye balls deep in a no win situation.
You're still on LOA93 if you haven't noticed.
