Crazy rumors I have heard this week, anybody got info?

1. In stark contrast to the company line of the West is overstaffed, recall of all remaining West pilots will be announced, and those who recalled east who have served their 18 months will be offered West return by Aug.

2. At POR, the 757 and 190 IOU is getting paid.

3. The Nic is still the only accepted system seniority list covering the combined LCC pilot group....oh, wait, that ain't a rumor that is a fact!

None of this fantasy is correct.

The truth is timeless.

But golly-gosh "professor!"...?...Einstein properly posited that even time itself was relative! Sigh! Work on getting yourself some less-laughable material...unless the intent's purely to play yourself off to the equally "intellectually" deficient west posters here. ;)

If it did, you would have been able to either negotiate, mediate, or arbitrate a doh list. Mob rule and attempted theft isn't an LUP. The Nic is powerful evidence of a fair result.
The Nic was a windfall, and windfalls were one of the criteria in ALPO's rules on SLI.
Sorry, it didn't pass the smell test then, and still doesn't.

Get over it already.

The Nic is the fair result.

But hey, I got an idea. Why don't you try and get usapa to go to the upcoming MB integration with separate list for the pilots they represent.

Oh, never mind, usapa will no longer be around when we get to that point.

As a matter of personal integrity and conviction,

You have no clue what that statement means.

Expand on this latest little fantasy of yours, if doing so can be done without clogging your keyboard with drool midway.

I'll offer that personal integrity and conviction are clearly evidenced by all that refuse to place new hires ahead of people with 17 years worked experience, regardless of whether they, themselves would benefit from doing so. Your countering, and undoubtedly elegant "argument" would be what?....? Something/ANYthing a bit more erudite than "Ho Ho Ho! St nic is coming to town!" or some equally strange "T-" nonsense and issues of "stains" on "seats" would be much to your credit here. :)

Aside from your angry mob, who says it doesn't pass the smell test? Silver said it was fair? Is she senile too?

The Honorable judge herself enjoys the use of judicial seniority. But she does not have the authority to interfere with a bargaining agent, nor the company. She cannot force the use of the Nic. Your ripeness suit will be dismissed shortly. And she is going to write up something clear to keep Marty from prematurely adjudicating and making a pest of himself in the future.

The good judge, as well intentioned as she seems, does not seem to have a full background knowledge of the various agreements that the pilots at LCC work under.
She said the arbitration was powerful evidence of a fair result. Based on what? If you base it on general knowledge of arbitrations, yeah, I could understand that statement. But, when weighed in the context of ALPO internal policy and the objective and exhaustive analysis that was accomplished shortly after the 'award' was released, there is a stronger argument (backed up by how many years of bickering and lawsuits??) to be made that the 'award' was a windfall for the west.
I'm sorry, but the judge just wants this to go away - expediently - and never return.
Is AOL willing to negotiate, compromise, and accept a list that is not the Nic? You know that's what she wants, along with an agreement to never file a lawsuit again over this issue.
Cheers.
