It is stunning that they still have people on the street out West; yet some of their pilots recalled East can hold the left seat.

So a recalled pilot out West (which management says won't happen any time soon) would be stuck at the bottom flying with the "no fly list" C/Os, and the guy over here has a cockpit window next to his left shoulder, and a new hire pilot to his right.

Attrition is a powerful force. But not powerful enough to overcome the greed associated with a lottery ticket win that can never be collected, even after 6 years.

If there is a settlement reached for us to vote on, you can be sure it won't put a new hire ahead of a 17 year pilot.

Puts all that screaming about the west needs to compromise to rest. Now you say it can't be done. What was said when you kicked out ALPA? You set the Nicolau in stone because there was no one to negotiate with.

You did not answer my question. Can the people on the ad hoc committee come off of DOH? Are they capable of negotiating anything?

IF Leonidas were to come off of an arbitrated list what is the fair process? We know negotiating will not work. Will you agree to base ball arbitration?

Usapa demanding that the BPR and membership vote on a seniority list is not a fair process. Nowhere was voting on seniority allowed or required.

Usapa has the same problem. Not coming off DOH or LOS pisses off the judge. Can usapa come off of DOH LOS?

And demanding NIC or nothing does, your funny. USAPA is based on DOH, sorry. And there will be C&Rs, do you think you are entitled to our widebodies, of course you do, buy in reality your not, do you really think APA is going to hand over their 777s, no way they will protect them as we will ours. What's the matter with seperate ops for ten more years we have no problem with that, is there something you want?
