Some people confuse courage with being stupid.

If I got a dime every time you have used that saying I could retire. Please come up with some new material. Is it okay that every westie can hold a captain seat? You think that is fair? Anybody who cannot see that is a windfall is well, a westie. Please someone justify why that is fair. Clear, Nic, Cactus anybody.

The Honorable judge herself enjoys the use of judicial seniority. But she does not have the authority to interfere with a bargaining agent, nor the company. She cannot force the use of the Nic. Your ripeness suit will be dismissed shortly. And she is going to write up something clear to keep Marty from prematurely adjudicating and making a pest of himself in the future.

She can force the Nicolau. It is called an injunction.

What she can't do is force DOH.

She admittedly didn't have a strong grasp of the Railway Labor Act and seemed to be relying on the company attorney to tell her what she could or could not do.

Judge Silver should tread carefully here or she will get thoroughly schooled by the 9th. If I were a judge looking to the company attorney for direction as to what I can and cannot do I think I would need to immediately go and have my head examined. IMHO

You say that the west is not entitled to the WB. In court Shamanski told the judge that there are 60-80 west pilots that could be flying WB. Did Shamanski mislead (lie) to the judge? If the west does not have access to WB how can 60-80 west fly them?

Or are you just flat wrong?

Which is it? Shamanski lied to a federal judge or you are wrong?

As of today the judge hasn't said it's ripe!

She has not said it is not either.

But with over 100 documents filed it sure appears to be a valid case.

She also has not certified the west class. Is usapa going to oppose that motion?

How do you get the west pilots to agree to anything if we are not a class? How do get all the west pilots to agree because Leonidas is not a collective bargaining agent?

Yes, your boys could have been on our widebodies by now if you took DOH from the start, the fences would have been done by now, now you are looking at a new starting point, another 5 yrs and remember you brought nothing to this merge, we had to give you approx 28% of our flying just to make you semi-profitable, Your little AFO group has held back those guys, but that was your choice.. For what it's worth I think all of our big planes will be gone in a few years as Parker said in his video, just keeping the dominant WB.

As far as "name calling" I know you westoffs like playing the victim but my gloves came off when Move2 and Res started posting. There is no such thing as "logical points" with any of you.
