I can hold bottom 320 Reserve Captain here.

Actually Dan, bottom Reserve Captain would be quite an exaggeration.

You would be in the top 1/3 of Reserve Captains for Airbus 320 CLT. In July, you would be 41 Captain positions from holding a line and would have 86 Reserve Captains below you.

Gunther, what was your assessment of the Silver court last week? How did the West legal group act?
 
Could you hold all of that with the Nicolau list? I doubt it.

But, since you are such a proponent, let me ask you this:

As a matter of personal integrity and conviction, IF the Nicolau list is discarded, will you be sure to bid positions behind those who would have been in front of you on the Nicolau? It's only fair, at least as far as we can tell from your rhetoric.

DOH would steal jobs from the APA pilots just as it does the West.

The Honorable judge herself enjoys the use of judicial seniority. But she does not have the authority to interfere with a bargaining agent, nor the company. She cannot force the use of the Nic. Your ripeness suit will be dismissed shortly. And she is going to write up something clear to keep Marty from prematurely adjudicating and making a pest of himself in the future.
What's the harm in getting it dismissed on ripeness? Everybody says its beyond ripe except you know who. Maybe it will force Parker to grow a set and do the job he was supposed to years ago.

Honest question, as one of your fellow westies like to point out. If every pilot out west could be a Captain do yout think that is a windfall?

I moved down in August then because I'm in the bottom half assuming 54 secondary lines.

For the most part, the west pilots were quite reserved. There was some giddiness and smiles while Pat was being grilled by the judge. However that turned into confusion and genuine concern when the judge laid into Marty. After the hearing was adjourned both sides seemed perplexed by what had just happened. She admittedly didn't have a strong grasp of the Railway Labor Act and seemed to be relying on the company attorney to tell her what she could or could not do.
 
If I were you I would walk away from the keyboard, seems you do not have many friends today but what to you expect when you want to crap all over the guys you work with.

Yeah, the stress of realizing they're not getting DOH and wasted the last 5 years is getting to them.
