Yep, I don't think they realize that the only group that won the lottery was them getting the 9th on appeal. They've had a history of screwing stuff up. I'll have to admit though, I didn't see the ruling on ripeness coming, that was a whole new way to screw up. Made a bunch of lawyers rich though. You'd think that when everyone and their brother tells them something they'd get it. Oh well, it will end one way or the other. You can't delay the inevitable forever.

Prater's concern was losing East pilot's dues, not what was fair.

Yes, I was amazed that the east as a whole was angry with ALPA. They were bending over backwards to try and appease the east and harm the west.

What did he think would happen then? Especially after his arm twisting actions gave the east even more justification, at least in their own minds?

Answer this then: Why is it that three arbitrators are now used in sli arbitrations and why hasn't Nicolau done any of them since 2007? That's a two part question, just do your best.
