Scott Kirby to Johnny Mac and Mitch Vasin in May 2007 " You guys just got a lottery ticket you just can't cash" Six years ago this month. Yes, six years ago this month! And your comment " AMERICAN IS NOT GOING TO OPERATE TWO OR THREE SEPARATE AIRLINES" is total bullsh$t - Doug Parker and Scott Kirby will be running American . You are one clueless MF!
They were too stupid to realize they took you into a corner, one with an exit. You took it, dumped the farcical ALPA who sponsored the farce and came out fighting. bravo. They are almost finished.

We shall see about that.

In any case if the American merger goes through as advertised we all just won the lottery.

I think it's karma that has put us in this position. Due to the pilot SLI problems, our management has been able to manipulate the pilot wages for the last several years, putting them in a position to look like they are "the best". Now, they have the opportunity to run the world's largest airline......why? only because they have screwed their employees over the years.

So, here we are again, back in court. I have 4 yrs to go. I have accepted the fact that most likely, I will retire as an FO in the 330.....my bid was effective this month. I have no interest in an A320 Cpt bid in PHX...it's not worth the headache. Also, the 330 rt seat, plus PBGC money is good enough for me.

However, what happens if the NIC is forced upon us? Chances are, I will be pushed off the 330 by greedy West pilots. Again, Vaseline or no?....I choose NO!

The MOU 330 F/O pay rate looks good with or without the PBGC money.

Yes they do....almost as good as the F100 Cpt rate I used to make, what 13 yrs ago. I believe with all my soul that after serving 27 yrs at this company, I deserve to retire at that rate instead of some West pilot with 12 yrs bumping me out of that lifestyle, as the sun sets on my career. And that is not even asking to screw somebody in PHX!!!!

I blow your theory out of the water and this is all you got? Like I said, clueless MF.
:D :D :D

Someone's on edge today, sounds like the truth is starting to close in on you.

Five years on LOA 93 and nothing to show for it, no wonder you're upset.

No Captain Gay. She will not lay down an injunction. Even Wake would not go there, and we all know how he got spanked on for what he tried. Judge Silver actually knows just how far she can take you. It isn't far.
You are quickly running out of fuel. This latest Harper stunt will drain you hard. There are no more gifts from the eastern profit sharing. Your kids need to go to school, and the wives are angry. It is all coming to an end.
You have a ratified agreement. You're screwed. As always, you did it to yourself.

:D :D :D

Hey mister #20 f/o a320 in clt - I guess you are too scared to take a capt bid because most of the f/o's you would be flying with know of your disdain for their cause. You will have to take your upgrade in PHX because daddy is not here to keep you safe.

Are you related to Trader? You must be because you are both clueless.
You can add the following legal teams to your list of the "clueless"

LLC
APA
USS
AMR
AOL
Federal Judges Lane, Silver, Wake, and the dissenting 9th opinion.

That's the "Clueless" side. The other side is simply:

USAPA.

Best of luck to you on the 14th.

I'm just not a thief like you, we agreed to binding arbitration.

End of story.
We agreed to a process that was supposed to end up in a fair award. It didn't happen. The ALPA president said it didn't happen, right in the PHL crew room. That is, until he decided it was better politically for him to encourage us to take one for the team since contract time was coming up for he and his buddies. End of story.

The award was fundamentally the same as the one that preceeded it and the two that followed it.

It was fundamentally fair.

Prater's concern was losing East pilot's dues, not what was fair.
