A point that will be made crystal clear to Silver.

"...clear to Silver."...?

A minor point of curiosity here: Since you're among those so completely absorbed by the apparent glory of courtrooms, and pop off about, well...pretty much everything having to do with your notions of law: Why so disrespectful of a sitting judge? Wouldn't it be appropriate for all wannabe-super-lawyers to afford her the proper title in written address?....Or do you simply show universal, punkish contempt for everyone and everything outside your own, seemingly insignificant self? :)

FU gasbag. HA!

Hired at shuttle in 89
Flew back seat in the 727
Learned from some of the best,
Furloughed, flew non sked 727 FO and then 727 CAPT.
Now westies want to deny me the attrition, I have been waiting for.
bean wants to jump in front of me even though, I'm sure I have 10 years on him in age,
What a crock of ####

Last time I checked my last name wasn't Nicolau.
I flew as Captain at a commuter with guys as FO that had been airforce fighter pilots and others that had flown 747s.
I had a lot of respect for them and their experience.
Some of them had probably forgotten more than I had learned.
Age had nothing to due with it.
It's career choices aka luck
Sorry you're pissed.
Maybe you'll end up senior to me after it all goes down.
I don't plan on being pissed.
Have a good night.
Bean

Seniority problem, what seniority problem? I've been DOH since day one, how about you? So far, no problem. Who's on first? What's on second, I don't knows on third! Sounds like three way to me. The APA isn't tasked with or going to "solve" the lineup, that's why we ratified a new process, with a new "snapshot" for a new airline world order, largest in the world, containing a path to the first "industry standard" contract for both the East and the West. Sounds like a LUP to me.

seajay

You've seen a DOH list? Please post it. Penn and Teller live...

They were your copilots because you were hired before they were. Your date of hire was earlier than theirs.
Lesson complete.

Jim Burton, great guy. Rest his soul. Don't forget R51 and no manual paralleling the generators! Engine intermix and hand near the dump door if engine quit on takeoff going to the left coast.

I had the dubious experience of departing CLT as 727 F/O when #3 decided to explode at rotation. Flight was headed for DFW, late spring afternoon (probably about 75 degrees) fully loaded and dreaded -7 engines. The airplane flew and performed remarkably well, and the captain never had to order a fuel dump since climb rate was fairly respectable on the remaining two.

When we came around for final, we could see the grass fires started by the hot turbine blades were already being put out by the fire department.

They actually ferried another airplane in from GSO (the "spare") and made us complete the trip! (The management types who ferried it in were too "busy" to fly it to DFW.)

So you didn't even bring a job to the merger?

It's just so simple. Why don't they get it?
It would seen that you need to educate the entire list of arbitrators. They don't get it either that DOH is the "gold standard".

Oh wait it is just your opinion that DOH has some meaning when integrating SENIORITY. Since it is not an integration of time.

It is you that does not get it.

Will the arbitrator use DOH for the CAL/UAL seniority integration or some other method? Is that arbitration not going to get it either?
