I mean he DID sit on the last contract , its not like he dorsnt know the game .

yep and we all know what a great contract this is, enough gray area for a fleet of battleships and piss poor scope yep it's a great contract all right. I think I will pass

Say what you wan cltrat , if it wasn't for him there would be no combined contract for our work group today ...zip nada nothing ... The sixty day rule would be in effect , half our work force would work in poverty and another portion would labor away as class two cities ...

So yeah something vs NOTHING I think I'd rather see the man who gets results done working on our contract .

youre truly a pathetic clueless person you have no idea.. the 08 contract should HAVE NEVER PASSED PERIOD you really need to wake up smell the coffee and see who these flippin mgmt clowns truly are... they could give a rats a$$ about whether or not you have a living.. AH is nothing more than a pos who could care less whether youre dead or not he is all about himself and helping the company out as much as he can just as jg is the same way they both ought to be wrung out to hang you on the other hand really need help and big time

ok I will give you the class two city thing, then on the other hand a lot of them aren't around anymore. I wonder how they feel about this contract?

i wonder how freedom truly feels deep down after the company slammed the door closed in all those west cities they shut down thanks to the 08 deal not to mention what they did to buf and a few more... thats why we need the scope protection language the whole nine yards and its really important that the members are on board with this critical week ahead

Al Hemenway doesnt know how to negotiate, he only wants concessions and whats good for the company and screw the employees, trust me I have first hand experience dealing with him in negotiations.

And the IAM is happy to play ball so long as the dues keep flowing and work is sent to IAM represented vendors.

The biggest red circled thing that parker wants out of the usairways contract is catering. The current iam 141 eboard voted unanimously for coughing up all scope at united, savr 7 stations, so you can see the concern we ought to have, and justifiably so, if delaney and crew are around to botch up transition talks later on down the line.

Lying again?

No union tells a company who to use for vendors.

They put out bids and finance and operations chooses the vendor.

Why are you lying again, since this has been explained numerous times to you?

And if the IAM is willing to play ball why was the M&R CBA abrogated?

Why have both groups been in negotiations for two years and not accepted the company's offer?

One of the UAL employees at BOS told me the IAM didn't put up a fight when they closed MHT a few years ago and that the Grand Lodge selectively chose which stations to reach agreements with the co. to keep mainline employees even at all express stations.

The IAM would happily resort to abrogation, so people like yourself can put their hands up and rationalize the concessionary agreement with "this was imposed on us through abrogation". From a damage control perspective it's better for the union to have a more concessionary agreement imposed than agree to a less concessionary agreement.

Josh

I DONT KNOW IF MHT CLOSED OR NOT but i will say that theyve added more mainline flying from there to dca n clt there was a press release a while back on www.justplanenews.com and not sure if they started it.. but i think that mht is one of the current mainline cities but now sure

as far as the iam vs the company the iam has asked the mediator for the 142 to be released but 141 is in talks this week with the mediators from the nmb
did the ual employee say whether it was ual that closed mht or no? if no then how can u take their word over a us employee words?

Dunno about US at MHT, UA had mainline there until mid 2009 and many of the MHT employees came to BOS.

Josh

Lie#1 Someone told you? Gimme a break

Lie#2, the Grand Lodge doesnt negotiate the CBA, that would be the District Lodge, they own the CBA, they negotiate and enforce it, not the Grand Lodge.

We did negotiate and at least tried, the company wanted no part of keeping employees on the payroll, I was there, you werent.

I usually don't post in a labor thread since I am not an employee, but for someone who claims he is a banker???? me thinks he's a mgmt troll.....

Considering he constantly posts lies and misinformation and when called out on it, ignores it.

No airline staffs ramp at every single station they fly into.

There's Ron Roth again sitting out there on his conx rig running conx again .....

What a waste of a precious resource ......

Come ON IAM , why is our best union guy just wasting away at work ? We NEED him now more than ever .

I tell you truly brothers and sisters reading this throughout the entire system , if our union was really serious about getting us a better contract they would bring in RR to the table . I'm not saying my AGC is ineffective or that the other IAM AGC's aren't any good , I'm simply saying that when its the world series you Don't leave babe routh sitting in the dug out
