Another School Massacre

I say we have monthly psychiatric evaluations for every person in the US. If they don't pass the test then lock 'em up. Or even better, have the GOOD guys with guns shoot them dead, cuz they would have been bad guys down the line anyways and the jails/mental institutions would have been overcrowded, costing the GOOD gun-owning guys too much in taxes.

Convicted felons are not allowed to possess weapons. Lets pass more laws so convicted felons can't possess firearms.

The NRA's seems to be far more concerned in getting more guns out in the public sector and completely unconcerned with preventing people who should not have guns from getting them.

This is the same philosophy used with abortion. Just out law abortions and don't worry about trying to prevent unwanted pregnancies in the first place.

Why be proactive when you can be reactive.

When why do criminals continually go up against cops? What happens is it turns into an escalation. People react to things that happened instead of trying to be proactive.

BIG HAIRY NEWS EDITORIAL - Despite my long-held conservative beliefs, incidents in the last few days no longer allow me to be silent about the subject of firearms. Pretending guns are not to blame for gun violence is the same as saying rocks aren't responsible for stoning injuries - both can kill, both want to kill.

This reality vividly hit home with me several nights ago. While watching television I thought I saw something skitter across the floor down the hallway. When a search of the area turned up nothing, I decided to turn in and go to bed. What happened next changed my thinking about guns forever.
Imagine my horror as I pulled back the covers of my bed, only to be staring down the barrel of my loaded Berreta 92FS INOX 9 mm pistol. I ducked as a shot rang out, and as I bolted at least two more rounds impacted the wall beside me. I heard the gun hit the floor and knew it was right behind me as I ran for the door to the garage.
Suddenly, a deafening blast from the kitchen sent me reeling into the living room. My Mossberg 500 tactical shotgun had situated itself next to the toaster, obviously intending to kill me if I tried to escape into the garage. Only poor visibility prevented it from taking off my head.
By the grace of God I was able to flee out the front door with my life. A police investigation showed that for reasons unknown a small but determined group of my guns had conspired to kill me. Most were found hiding around my home, but my Sig Sauer P229 and Walther PK380 stole my car and were later apprehended in Corpus Christi, Texas after robbing a convenience store.
Guns are dangerous, cunning, conniving, deadly. We must control them and we need to act now. Next time you may be their target, and you may not be so lucky.

When Law Enforcement shoots a citizen that draws down or opens fire on them and ends up dead I like to think of is as draining the shallow end of the gene pool where family trees have no fork and the sign at the pool says "No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk". A little culling of the herd is a positiveQ Remember gun control mean using both hands when discharging the weapon.

Just curious why it's OK for the FBI & ATF to slaughter children at Waco ad Ruby Ridge, but a horror when it happens in white bread suburbia?.

Why stop with firefighters....let's arm postmen, Let's arm pastors and priests...no telling when a nutcase might burst into a church. And we should arm doctors. Lawyers should carry guns. Truck drivers need them, the oil change guys at jiffy lube should also have guns.


We should pass a law REQUIRING every American to carry a gun at all times...the answer is not to ban one TYPE of gun....it's to legalize ALL types of guns and force Americans to carry them. Talk about your well regulated militia. We could have the black guy in the hoodie take out the white kid heading towards the elementary school, and THEN we could haved the crossing guard shoot the black guy (because it's a fact that a black guy in a hoodie is up to no good) who just stopped the school shooting by shooting the shooter get shot by the crossing guard whose gunfire would catch the ear of the boys at the fire station who would shoot the crossing guard because they the bullets whizzed passed.
