The Website is run by a fellow AA AMT. NOT AMFA. It costs money to and time to manage a web site. Why not ask the administrator of the website about it instead of posting here looking like the fool you are.

BTW: How is the TWU drive coming along at SWA? How many times did the Teamsters say they were going to file? At least the Teamsters have a card drive going not like the fictitious one the TWU claims over at SWA.
IBT made 6 claims to file since last year. Now their drive is DEAD! Ha, ha back to you!

Anomaly, you're not a half tard, you're full tard. Your post is based on the assumption that there was some sort of external raid from the AMFA. This is a grass roots effort (from within our own group), and has been an on going effort off and on for about 25 years here.
The AMFA website being pulled down is a sign that it served its purpose, and yeah it's game over TWU & IBT at AA! Go organize Wal Mart.

Let's clear up some false information here. No one has "promised" to file in May. It was stated awhile back, that a certain number of employees will drop off the total count list and that this will help increase the % of cards already collected as well as new cards coming in to take them well above the required number of cards needed as well as help with the "padded list" that the company and union will provide, just like last time. Most people involved with it merely stated any time after the end of May is a good time to file, therefore, yes, most of us out here in cyber land was hoping for an end of May filing, but no one, that I know of, has guaranteed or promised a filing from the AMFA organizing committee. The June 14th is the first hade date I have heard thus far, and, again, this number came from someone that stated that he heard that this date was a possibility still not set in stone from any AMFA organizing committee member. Don't you just love how Anomaly is now referring to AMFA as the association now and not AMFA. Nice try Anomaly but we will not fall for your attempt to intermingle the new "employee association" that the TWU and IAM are forcing down it's members throats, and the AMFA. C'mon man you can do better than that, hell it's quicker to type AMFA than it is association, nice try...

AMFA will file at the end of May. Again this has you scared. Do you know anything about the filing process? Do you know anything about filing with the needed documentation and the time consuming effort necessary to ensure that any tricks the union/company attempts will be met head on?

"Typical of the association"? You about typical of the twu to appoint people without the membership voting such as the appointment of videtich and bobby "lower your expectations" gless.

Excuses? Where are the excuses for "Fight like Hell!" and "Shared Sacrifice" and "Vote yes to save jobs!"?

"AMFA Blows!!" you say? First of all you do articulate yourself as someone who is scared of being held accountable. Secondly, you should have finished your statement with "I should not be taken seriously because I am scared of promoting the twu, an organization that is based upon ruining a skilled craft, by identifying myself.".

Now its time for us to put up or shut up, It's time for the American Airlines mechanics to either sign cards so we can submit them to AMFA national and then to the NMB

The initial date that we the organizers had planned to submit the cards was the end of May 2013. That was put out there because of the drive start date. late last May 2012 is when we kicked this all off. Hoping we would get enough cards since AA screwed us it was never supposed to get to that date. But since it was not the case and the Tulsa guys did not start to get on board until late. Then we looked at the recall of all employees at AA, when they would fall off the list, AA put out an early out program.
So attempting to keep all the cards straight and where guys are since they closed AFW also has had to be accounted for.

So some of the cards now have to be resigned so when they are submitted to the AMFA and the NMB they will not of expired. The new date as I have been told is June 14th.

It's not just to file its to get a vote, filing with out having all our ducks is not what we want, is it? We want the TWU gone. We want a vote, the organizers are working hard at making this happen its time for ALL AA mechanics to help to make this happen.
Leaving it up to just the organizers to fight the TWU/AA/NMB/IBT isn't going to get rid of the TWU. Remember these guys have been at this now for many yrs. Time for all to get in the fight or be stuck with the TWU FOREVER.....

Not sure if that date is set in stone but close enough.

Unfortunately you are correct and I am one of the worst offenders. Let me take this opportunity to say to you that I do not blame you nor any other work group for the situation we AMTs are in today. At times I have digressed but this is due to frustration that comes with being treated like a second class citizen in my own union that I pay dues to. Please understand that I have no ill will towards you, but just have pointed out that in a REAL union, one group would not be singled out and given inferior benefits that every other group in the same union enjoy and have enjoyed since day 1. This is wrong no matter which side of the fence you sit on, but it continues in the TWU. We are being discriminated against by the very people who are supposed to watch out for us. Please accept my apology.
