We May not be able to prove anything, but it's going to LQQK awful funny when the NMB determines that the IBT does NOT have sufficient cards to conduct a vote.

It will then have to be assumed by the mechanics at AA that when the TWU brought in the IBT to disrupt the drive of AMFA the collusion was just the beginning.

J. Little admitted that he brought them per the Tulsa guys. We all know that AA and the TWU are in BED together. Now the TWU is sleeping with the IAM as well. Thats why the AFL-CIO got involved to insure dues keep coming. TWU/IAM association..

If the IBT filed because of a deal it made with the TWU which blocks amfa, then comes up short of cards, lets assume they beat the IAM at USAir they can again come back for cards at AA to replace the TWU. But if it is all a scam there will be NO vote at AA,
The TWU/IAM association happens, the merger happens then the AA mechanics as well as the USAir guys realize what happened but AMFA will be out which was the plan from the beginning.

The PROOF will be if the IBT has enough cards, so that the NMB brings this to a vote.
If that does NOT happen, then AA/TWU/IBT have used to rules and played the game very well thus keeping AMFA from getting in at AA.

I just hope that the IBT has enough cards, so that my efforts to remove the TWU will have not gone in vain.

AA will not have won, and the TWU will be gone. I think so many hate what the TWU has done to us they just want the TWU gone.

But remember this putting the IBT in place also gives us another pay cut.
the 2.5 multiplier will cut our pay approx $340.00 a year. (Dues Increase)

AMFA national in my opinion did not get into the fight soon enough, it relied on the organizers at AA. The TWU and the IBT did their job well. Now we the mechanics at AA will have to suffer the consequences by not filling out enough amfa cards long ago to remove the TWU. Tulsa/AFW was mislead by the promise of job security by the TWU, well as this all plays out we the mechanics will see just how well that all works. out.

I don't mean to always be the ass, I just do not know any other way to shut all you conspiracy nuts up. There is no great scheme that is being cooked up by the TWU, IBT and the Federally sanctioned NMB to keep amfa away. Seriously? Is amfa really that vain?

Sometime around March of this year I asked one of the IBT Organizers what the process would be after filing. Back then he told me that if amfa filed first, THE IBT WOULD NOT BE ON THE BALLOT. I asked him to explain this and he did, and what has come to pass is exactly as he described, only in our conversation the scenario was the reverse and it would have been a race between amfa and the TWU.

So why did AA produce a list so quickly??? Easy; to prevent the IBT from adding any more cards. Once the list is produced, thats it. IBT can no longer submit additional cards. AA did this so qiuckly to stop the IBT's ability to gather last minute cards in hopes that there are not enough valid cards on hand for an election. I belive this was done for two reasons. AA does not want the IBT either, and there is most likely a relationship built with the TWU. A positive relationship between a company and it's employee union is not a bad thing by the way. My guess is that AA has had the list ready for weeks and was ready with it no matter who filed first.

That's it. The long and short. amfa simply failed to research or completely understand the rulings issued by the NMB. Did they do this purposefully? One can only wonder, but lets say they did. Let's say that amfa knew about the NMB rules but does not have the support they know they need to file for an election. It meant all that talk about having enough cards to file in may was a lie and the june 14th date was a push to gather more cards. The alternative is that amfa simply failed to do their homework and once again let down hundreds of would be supporters. My experiance with amfa has me believing the latter of these two scenarios.

The war wagons between these two groups are in place and they are firing at each other as we read. Take a shot at realitiy or continue to follow amfa down that dark and lonely path of disception. Chuck, please don't give up. If teamsters don't have enough cards, can AMFA file as the NMB stated that they denied the submission of AMFA's cards? (per Louie Key's letter) If not after this time, could AMFA file at or after merger? Hoping to find a loop hole somewhere as the triple teamwork used to block AMFA.

Anomaly, you have past postings that indicate you knew of this scam from the get go. Why you ask? Because you were guaranteeing that the ballot would only hold the TWU and the teamsters, and only someone that knew that this was going to happen could predict such of an exact act. Now you are striking again when I post a possible option to get AMFA back in the game. Therefore I see a true option for AMFA just because you decided to pipe off, thank you for that... And BTW; you have never posted your little story about asking way back when about what would happen if one union filed before the other. You simply just posted that in another thread not long ago. Now to save face, just like amfa national, you claim this is a set up between the IBT TWU and the NMB. It is much easier if you would simply admit the incompetence that is and always has been at the center of amfa. It is this very example that changed my opinion of them years ago. Like you, they spend little time representing and too much time blaming others for their failures. How about we chalk this up as another in their long list?

TSH, in your list above you left out American Airlines. The have helped the TWU keep out other unions for years and just recently saw a run by the Association of Airline Professionals (AMP). Updateing the list is all they needed to do, and like I described in another post, probably had the list ready to go just waiting for which ever group - IBT or amfa - filed first. AA understands the rules and knows that once a list is provided no additional cards can be added to pad the list. AA (as well as you amfanuts) is hoping that there are not enough cards for the IBT to be validated.

In fact you are all praying for a lack of cards to help support this made up fantasy of a scheme to keep out the mighty and all powerful amfa. Give us all a break.

Anomaly I hope you are correct on this one. I really do hope there is an election granted from the NMB for the teamsters and TWU vote. This way the AA'ers will be able to write in AMFA. Sure.... I hold to what I posted earlier. I asked several questions earlier in the year on what would happen in the case of a filing. The answer I recieved lead me to belive it would be very difficult if not impossible for a three way election to exist. I asked the question because the IBT did not file in March as I (and many others) thought they would. I did not post or comment because I thought it would be amfa who would have filed first and the IBT would have been the ones on the outside. The way I remembered the conversation was like I posted, perhaps I was incorrect in my understanding, or perhaps it was explained to me incorrectly, but the outcome was exactly as I stated earlier today. amfa is not on the ballot even according to their leadership. So maybe I was correct after all? Really I am not a lawyer nor do I claim to know all things as you do. I simply research, ask questions and post with provided links. Here is another you are free to fondle with. Occasionally I may be incorrect, but which of us, other than you, is perfect?

I had no knowledge of the Teamster filing until well after they did and only stumbled on the news becaise I read that amfa was getting ready to file. The posts from many was that there would be a three way run off. I did not believe those statements to be true and stated my opinion. But because I did, and guessed right, it does not give me and special knowledge or insight into US Air and I can not speak to their election.

I will tell you the name of the guy I talked to. Chris Moore. Find him and he can give you all the answers you need. Feel free to post any corrections. As a brother Teamster, I would certainly appreciate it.
