One of two things are going on here. Either this is a blocking maneuver for the twu and the company is very much on board with it or the company has plans to dump our pension funds into an ibt failing pension fund with no fight if the ibt were to be successful in winning an election. Either way the company wins. Why wouldnt the company help the ibt if they were able to dump the responsibility of our pensions on to the ibt?AMFA is reporting on their National website that the collusion between AA NLRB &
the f----- Teamsters/TWU has kept us from our legal rights to choose who we wish
to represent us again. Even the TWU freaks who take the kool-aid via the needle should be
disgusted with the tactics of the AA & the industrial union greed.
I hope I am wrong about this and I will be the first to admit it if I am, but I can't even
put into words how disapointed I am with all the dumb asses that took the Teamsters
lies hook line and sinker.
Knowing that AA would stack the list with retirees, why would they file when 400 plus
nonsigners were leaving via the early out? They Don't Have The F----- Cards!!!!!! They
never intended on filing, until the AMFA train got rolling. AMFA has the cards and the
names and proof of the numbers needed, and when the early out was fully implemented
they would have the cushion needed.
Dont think this is over, we still live in America & we need to use the legal system, get in
touch with your elected officials in Washington, and make yourself the biggest pain in the
ass to your TWU officials and Company management.
Why shame on AMFA? Its the mechanics that are running this drive. We needed a cushion not just 50% plus 1 to be sure we had enough. If this B.S. is allowed to happen then no union ever has to worry about being voted out. All they have to do is get a crony union to file with not enough cards a few weeks before another union files and it stops everything. No incumbent union will ever have to worry about getting unseated after this ruling!!
Call these people and express your concern.
