AMFA at AA- consolidated thread

never intended on filing, until the AMFA train got rolling. AMFA has the cards and the
names and proof of the numbers needed, and when the early out was fully implemented
they would have the cushion needed.
Dont think this is over, we still live in America & we need to use the legal system, get in
touch with your elected officials in Washington, and make yourself the biggest pain in the
ass to your TWU officials and Company management.

I have to wonder how in the world did AA get the eligibility list and signature samples so fast from Dallas to DC within two hours if there wasn’t any collusion by AA and IBT. I don’t blame us or AMFA, it smell’s too funny.

I don't think there will be an election. You see the teamsters and TWU and AA are working together to keep TWU in place. Hence the world record of having the list from the company so fast, matter fact they had it to the NMB in 6 hours. That has never been done before. Now the teamsters, TWU, and AA all knew how this was going to go down. They all knew the teamsters didn't have enough cards to begin with. So, for now, they were successful in blocking AMFA from comming in by AA getting the list to the NMB so quickly. So now that AMFA is blocked, and the teamsters do not have enough cards to call for an election, therefore, there will be no election and TWU remains. Talk about your "back door deals"!! Unbelieveable!!!

Did I not make myself clear! No Vote! No Election! They do not have the cards.
They were returning the favor to the TWU for helping the Teamsters recruit UA.
We have the support be leave it, I dont know or could care less what is going on
at US Air but you might want to get the facts before you call people BSers
 
I texted Chuck Schalk and thanked him for all his time and effort in this cause. He is on his way back from D.C. as I write this and is devastated. We all knew the TWU would not survive if AMFA was on the ballot and now it looks like it won't happen. I cannot vote for another industrial union that will only take my dues money and give me nothing in return. The only thing I can think to do is to write AMFA on the ballot. American Airlines has sunk to a new low. I would be interested to find out if there is any chance of us filing a law suit to demand our rights.
