whatever Tommy does, ill start with doing the opposite. Id literally have an industry leading deal done by the end of the day for you to vote on. You do remember how tommy agreed to the seniority cleansing deal then tried to explain that if people didnt want to lose their seniority they should transfer or quit.
He was so bad that canale kicked him off our negotiations.

Tim would do whats best fot the workers NOT whats best for the union remember he wont be trying to hold on to that 150k or in Sitos case probably twice that salary. Also it will be comforting to have someone with an education negotiating for once

After 4 years of negotiations, i want you to "man up" and finally say yes or no, ie., do you still believe after 4 years that the company hasnt passed a written offer like baskett said? Yes or No?
If you say yes then you are simply dumb. If you say no then it admits baskett as a liar.

Glass would have to stand up to look across the table and see Tim, unless they had a high chair for him.
 
we are in a real jam due to union politics. The current offer has the best protections in the industry for all current employees. And the best compensated and benefits. 10% over united ttl cost. The contention is future headcount and future dues.
Members need to vote. If employees vote to sacrifice for future employees then that is fair. If people vote not to sacrifice for future employees then thats fair. But either way, there must be consent.

In reality you vote what is best you and your family. The union wants numbers for dues, every union does. That's their business. So do what is best for you.

Thats fair. The problem is that the constitution of the association gives us no rights.
As an aside, I spoke with the new union and its leadership about raiding american. They said that they already have 1 raid going on and 2 others fixing to initiate and wouldnt be able to raid until early next year.
