No one can back up anything, because there isn't a contract to review and vote on.....isn't that obvious! I'm not going to back my union or management, when all I see is positive tidbits from AA and negative tidbits from the union.

geez. Tommy is so pro company and incredibly uneducated that this is really insulting. Especially, since he hates rampers and even teamed up with management to get rid of senior guys.

I did actually do just that and ask Tom if there was any room for Tim. Tom said that unfortunately Tim has the mental capacity of a turnip and they were afraid he wouldn’t even be able to figure out how to use the elevator to get to the right floor.
