thats the problem. We have a guy who has never worked in the airlines and has no idea what a swap is, and said he will refuse to allow us to vote until he likes it.

30 day electronic voting. Independent institution handles it. Dues $15, Top officer salary is capped at 10% above top of scale. No other officer guaranteed constitutional benefits. No second pension.
1 convention every 4 years. 70% stays with Local. Most money goes towards negotiations and arbitration. Constitution provides guarantee to members of a legal professional at arbitrations, and the local prez can contract negotiations with a professional. Much much more.
If association stall drips into 2020 then im hopeful the American Labor Movement can come in quickly and clean up the few groups here.
