thats why the ass needs to put in the contract that we will match the highest payed airline when they get a raise are contract . This is not like buying the latest smartphone. You just keep waiting because a better one is just around the corner. If the association had any clout they would negotiate me too pay increases for the duration of the agreement. Didn't DLS F/A rates go up while our F/As had a tentative and Parker matched them?. My point, its going to take months for a TA, perhaps UA will settle in the meantime and their rates can be applied1AA said:This is not like buying the latest smartphone.
