Already we have those who want to accept the company offer and those who don't even want the BOD to let us vote. IMO, since negotiations are NOT over yet and won't be for weeks, we don't really have enough information to make anything close to an informed decision. Once they are, and someone puts a pencil to them to see what an up or down vote looks like, who of us can really decide unless you are making a strictly emotional knee jerk decision?
