Have won a victory?!?!   Uhmmm..what exactly did the spartans do to have NMB rule something which was a given?!   I guess with all the set backs over the years,   you gotta find something to cling on to as a victory.......

I think most of the east pilots probably feel pretty good now being part of the APA

You know how the westicles love to spin things.

Sure you are. You have no protections and the vast majority of your extorted money is probably going to be frozen in short order. You're all just a bunch of line pilots now. BTW,  Who are the "national officers"? What "responsabilities" does the former bargaining agent seem to think they have? To whom? Why?

It's over. The USAPA experiement was a complete failure. You've never been further from a DOH seniority list and the financial harm caused by you and your no-ethics ilk is beyond calculation. Also, it's possible that the Nic. is open for reshuffle and you probably screwed yourselves even further than you percieved Nic. did. The four "National Officers" of your little LLC in North Carolina are playing Russion Roullette with a fully loaded gun. I say we just let them keep on playing.

One of the four Leonidas LLC directors is apparently now employed as an American Airlines pilot;\

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Our sources have told us that Kevin Horner’s current union, the APA, is furious with him for his participation in a DFR suit against another union.

Well worth it, now you run along and figure out how much the west pilots lost over the last ten years being locked in PHX with no upgrades and wide body flying, let us all know!
That's not for you to decide. You have no authority. Your OPINION is noted and rejected. Did you get a call from scheduling yet? Reserve boy.

Whether or not you are really as angry as you sound, this post is amusing to me. Personally the biggest disappointment in my (professional) life was erased today.

Why, oh why, would I be angry?  I'm simply a realist.  I'm one of the 517, and now my number is north of 200  (with or without the Nic abomination.)  With less than 700 days until retirement, I suspect I will finish my days here in the seat I am in no matter what the APA cooks up for my number on the SLI.

But you are deluding yourself (yet again) if you think the APA is going to allow your young 2005 hires to step in front of a few thousand of their pilots.  If you believe that, you are in desperate need of a random drug test.

Exactly BUS.... Why oh why would the APA want to put 05 hires in front of their furloughed guys.... The. West forgets we were all in this together after 911. Just the west wanted to capitalize on others misfortune and tragic s ituations.... Enjoy your last 700. I thank you for your undivided support.

You stood the high ground?....
Did that high ground you took put a new higher pilot above a 17 year un interrupted service pilot....
If you took a serious look at that you would agree how f'ed up your supposed high ground is
Flyer, you ignorant twit!!!

How long are you going to hold on to that tired cliche? You are like Lennie with his mouse. (That reference for eastholius número uno). I, and very few other Westie's would probably have placed a 17 yr continuous service f/o under a west new hire, you moron! Think LOS consideration. How fair was it for our f/o's who were due to upgrade? However, when you arrogant asses refused to come off of DOH, the die was cast, and the "moral high ground" was to honor "binding arbitration". You immoral scumbags, and your silent supporters cost us all very dearly, some, (most Easties), more dearly than others. Get off your high horse, if screwing your families out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in order to screw your fellow pilots out of half that much is your idea of moral high ground, then ya'll are lower than whale Shiite!
Is that about as close as you can come to being a scab, without actually being a scab?

Sorry we all agree it was worth it, and no call, at almost 34 yrs here I call them, so sorry skippy, now you go run along to your big victory party.

They won't let that happen, you can be sure of that, when this is all over the westicles will be sending poop to the APA headquarters. The APA has been notified how the westicles handle disappointment, they have all the letters, videos and of course the AWA scab list.

Looking at your picture, there was a 44 yr old guy who looked just like you delivering pizzas to the new hires, talking USAPA nonsense. Did you get hired by UCRAPA air at 10 years if age?

We stood the high ground expecting binding arbitration to be exactly that..binding. Uh, the arbitrator heard your argument and REJECTED it. You will not place your furloughed pilots above pilots of the acquiring airline. PERIOD.
Our plan is to see that you will be a self-funded entity because by the time this over, you will be selling ties, yellow ones. Go ahead with that NC lawsuit. It costs money so whether Leonidas takes it or it goes to your attorneys, fine. It's gone or tied up. Btw, the embarrassment was all ours thanks to Parker's purchase. Now we can get rid of that crappy name and legacy once and for all.
I applaud Leonidas for throwing out the USAPA garbage dumped on our property.
Job well done.
And we can get rid of that cursed "CACTUS" callsign.

I'm not sure what all the hoopla is about. We had a lawsuit against ALPA which the court tossed when USAPA was voted in. Stands to reason that the same thing is about to happen to Addington II. There is no longer anyone to sue. And as far as the NIC goes, there is a protocol agreement signed that states that three seniority lists will be used in the SLI arbitration. What has that got to do with the NIC? My guess is nothing. Let them dance around the fire for a while. Reality will be a cold slap in the face.

Its funny to watch all the west posters on here today. But hey if it makes you happy, post away. USAPA got what it wanted and you didn't. Suck on that.
