I think most of the east pilots probably feel pretty good now being part of the APA

BTW,  Who are the "national officers"? What "responsabilities" does the former bargaining agent seem to think they have? To whom? Why?
 
It's over. The USAPA experiement was a complete failure. You've never been further from a DOH seniority list and the financial harm caused by you and your no-ethics ilk is beyond calculation. Also, it's possible that the Nic. is open for reshuffle and you probably screwed yourselves even further than you percieved Nic. did. Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Whether or not you are really as angry as you sound, this post is amusing to me. Personally the biggest disappointment in my (professional) life was erased today.

 
Why, oh why, would I be angry?  I'm simply a realist.  I'm one of the 517, and now my number is north of 200  (with or without the Nic abomination.)  With less than 700 days until retirement, I suspect I will finish my days here in the seat I am in no matter what the APA cooks up for my number on the SLI.
 
But you are deluding yourself (yet again) if you think the APA is going to allow your young 2005 hires to step in front of a few thousand of their pilots.  If you believe that, you are in desperate need of a random drug test.

They won't let that happen, you can be sure of that, when this is all over the westicles will be sending poop to the APA headquarters. The APA has been notified how the westicles handle disappointment, they have all the letters, videos and of course the AWA scab list.

We stood the high ground expecting binding arbitration to be exactly that..binding. Uh, the arbitrator heard your argument and REJECTED it. You will not place your furloughed pilots above pilots of the acquiring airline. PERIOD.
Our plan is to see that you will be a self-funded entity because by the time this over, you will be selling ties, yellow ones. Go ahead with that NC lawsuit. It costs money so whether Leonidas takes it or it goes to your attorneys, fine. It's gone or tied up. Btw, the embarrassment was all ours thanks to Parker's purchase. Now we can get rid of that crappy name and legacy once and for all.
I applaud Leonidas for throwing out the USAPA garbage dumped on our property.

I'm not sure what all the hoopla is about. We had a lawsuit against ALPA which the court tossed when USAPA was voted in. Stands to reason that the same thing is about to happen to Addington II. There is no longer anyone to sue. And as far as the NIC goes, there is a protocol agreement signed that states that three seniority lists will be used in the SLI arbitration. What has that got to do with the NIC? My guess is nothing. Let them dance around the fire for a while. Reality will be a cold slap in the face.
