I, on the other hand made several, to wit: you and your ilk are liars, scumbags and thieves. You have cost me north of six figures at an average personal cost to yourselves that is double that. Additionally, you are gone!!! KTGSD!
I second that. There will always be takers. There will always be good and evil. We stood the high ground. Don't you just love those USAPA updates today. I like the direction they are headed. So does the APA and the company. Time to finish off Ucrapa through their own stupidity.

Leonidas Update

Today, the NMB certified the Allied Pilots Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all flight deck crewmembers of US Airways. You can read the NMB determination here. Effective immediately, USAPA no longer has the legal status of a collective bargaining agent.

USAPA is still in possession of a substantial amount of dues monies, collected from US Airways pilots for the purpose of collective bargaining - a purpose which they cannot fulfill anymore. A demand letter was sent on Friday September 12th to USAPA officers and counsel which notices USAPA for the remittance of all funds in excess to concluding USAPA's business as a exclusive bargaining agent required under the law. You can read the demand letter here.

Additionally, a Litigation Hold Letter was sent to USAPA attorney Brian O’Dwyer for the retention of all USAPA records.

Finally, we encourage all West pilots to apply for membership to our new collective bargaining agent. The APA has a convenient online application, which you can access here.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Leonidas, LLC

You stood the high ground?....

Did that high ground you took put a new higher pilot above a 17 year un interrupted service pilot....

If you took a serious look at that you would agree how f'ed up your supposed high ground is

We stood the high ground expecting binding arbitration to be exactly that..binding. Uh, the arbitrator heard your argument and REJECTED it. You will not place your furloughed pilots above pilots of the acquiring airline. PERIOD.

Our plan is to see that you will be a self-funded entity because by the time this over, you will be selling ties, yellow ones. Go ahead with that NC lawsuit. It costs money so whether Leonidas takes it or it goes to your attorneys, fine. It's gone or tied up. Btw, the embarrassment was all ours thanks to Parker's purchase. Now we can get rid of that crappy name and legacy once and for all.

I applaud Leonidas for throwing out the USAPA garbage dumped on our property.

Job well done.

Five additional years on LOA 93 costing each East pilot 50 vacation days and tens of thousands of dollars.

Usapa is dead, AOL lives on. Looks like your horse lost, my friend. It's ok, life will go on for you a while longer. Have a NICe day!

They just don't grasp on to that yet, we are all fine with it.
Sure you are. You have no protections and the vast majority of your extorted money is probably going to be frozen in short order. You're all just a bunch of line pilots now. BTW,  Who are the "national officers"? What "responsabilities" does the former bargaining agent seem to think they have? To whom? Why?

It's over. The USAPA experiement was a complete failure. You've never been further from a DOH seniority list and the financial harm caused by you and your no-ethics ilk is beyond calculation. Also, it's possible that the Nic. is open for reshuffle and you probably screwed yourselves even further than you percieved Nic. did. The four "National Officers" of your little LLC in North Carolina are playing Russion Roullette with a fully loaded gun. I say we just let them keep on playing.

Have won a victory?!?!   Uhmmm..what exactly did the spartans do to have NMB rule something which was a given?!   I guess with all the set backs over the years,   you gotta find something to cling on to as a victory.......

I think most of the east pilots probably feel pretty good now being part of the APA

Well worth it, now you run along and figure out how much the west pilots lost over the last ten years being locked in PHX with no upgrades and wide body flying, let us all know!
