Of course it is. It's still out there, and there is a chance that it will be used in the AA/US SLI. Give me your odds of it being used.
 
Even if it isn't, the west won one battle. A DOH east/west list will not be used in the AA SLI. So, there ya go. Hope the significant other can be happy with that going forward if the Nic isn't used.

Pretty funny hearing how the west thinks apa is there friends... why would apa want junior awa guys to slide in front of their former junior furloughed guys..

No sorry,    as a simple layman not trying to read into things I want things to say,   I simply read the MOU and noticed the words,  ALL PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS NULLIFIED.       That to me as a simple line pilot means that anything existing prior to this Dec 9 date is DEAD.    
 
Now Your boys on the west might have whispered into your ear late at night that it's not really meaning what it says,  but it does say what it says.
Now we have a second agreement saying that the only things in effect no matter who comes into play, is what is in effect on Dec 9th.    Those things would be AA   USE  and USW   seniority lists.    
 
I guess it becomes like a Seinfeld episode for ya.....NO Soup for YOU.......

The most hilarious part of this whole thing is the "WEST" holding up the NIC and say , "SEE THIS IT, IS FAIR , THIS IS WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED"! LMFAO, do you not think every arb in the land knows about that list, and it was constructed how? Under a 3 time changed ALPA  merger policy, and is there evidence today it was wrong? And let us count, 9th CIRCUIT who I believe said they do not know what a combined list will look like, 2 failed DFR's and a MOU that deletes any previous(THE NIC) letters of agreement, and now a protocol agreement that sets the rules in DEC 2013, ! MM BUY A COUPLE DUNCE I MEAN LIBERTY TIES!

The 2005 TA was seniority prescriptive (ie. not seniority neutral).... If you still don't understand why that matters, you still don't know how your implicit assumptions got you played. The Nic is an ugly girl without a ticket, much less a date, to the prom. There is only prom, unless you think another merger is imminent. :D

Hey, he's not the one that gave up wide body flying and massive growth with upgrade along with being locked in PHX, that's a real dumb ars that would believe Ferguson and Koontz.

Well, that slick bit of hype and indoctrination was certainly money well spent with less than 2400 views on YouTube. How many pilots are on the west side anyhow?
 
Slick, but what do these guys think that the disparaging, derogatory insults and propaganda accomplish? It certainly does not further meaningful dialogue in any form. I suppose it is just to rally the west pilots to open their wallets for $700 ties and expensive badge backers.
