If the arbitrators come up with a formula that applies to all, such as x points for years, x points for relative position, it might work, until a two year pilot gets placed ahead of a 2005 AWA pilot because of his relative position points. Perhaps DOH and fences is truly the best method, not the ridicules 500 here or 600 there.
