Remember the dispute over billing when you and Lee Seham divorced?

This has got to be another favorite..

The Commercial from Leeman, Sheman and Shyster titled:

She Leeman II

And....there was romance..

The Girlfriend
Lee Seham had an attorney working in his firm that had been doing legal work for USAPA.  This female attorney started dating the USAPA VP Randy Mowrey.  One of his clients, an Officer of a labor union, was dating one of his staff members who was closely involved in legal work for the client the labor union a big problem!
(A new law firm for USAPA, ODwyer and Bernstien, have said it is not a problemEven though they are lawyers and they are not directly involved, they do not know the entire history and they do not know all the details.  It is a real problem for another firm to say there is no ethical problem when the principles of the firm involved say there is. We believe that it is not a call for outsiders to make.)

The Seham attorney who is romantically involved with USAPA VP Randy Mowrey has stopped working for Lee Seham.  The details of her separation from the law firm Seham, Seham, Meltz, and Petersen are not known as they are covered under confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements

USAPA...the soap opera
When will we get the video of the PHX Chief Pilot John Scherff handing over the company disc with addresses, SS numbers and other data?
Someone said Suzy smuggled it out in her underwear.
That would make a dynamic plot for Brice.
Might even top BTP. It all ends with a paid vacation for the perpetrators, corporate forgiveness via a VP, then a huge payout for a local security firm that provides personal data protection.

Was there a pink panty inspection?

I searched news reports and found some info on the alleged ID theft..

Legitimate? I'm still looking for the stolen credit cards associated with the so-called ID theft....

Yes the correct word IS "Legitimate", meaning an agency with a proper need to, and only by each individual's consent, have that information, which in NO way, shape or form could be a term in ANY way assigned to "you'se" little band of "spartans", to whom "Legitimate" can't be even seriously offered up as anything but a complete joke here.

Did the east pilots in ANY way consent to giving "you'se" their personal information? NO? OK then, I think we're at least starting down the path towards Reason. Were the east pilots even enrolled in your Fantasyland "army", and thus at ALL presumed by law or any aspect of morality to have volunteered their information to "you'se"? No? Were the east pilots ever even subscribed to any commercial enterprise with an agreed understanding that the sharing of even their social security numbers would be any part of the contract? No again? Well then, the only other possibility is that "you'se" are simply thieves. Nothing more, but certainly nothing less....Period! The concepts here aren't at all difficult to process...It's really pretty basic stuff...well, perhaps only if one's not personally impeded by suffering the limits of a "spartan", umm..."mind", I suppose. ;)

Do what I do with worthless USAPA mailers. Use them as litter box liners. No one was forcing you to read Leonidas mailers. There is no need to call the FBI, NSA, TSA, CIA, AARP, AAA.

Making a big deal out of nothing was the big deal. Come on man, put your big boy pants on...jeez.

As expected, "you'se" have absolutely NOTHING to offer in argument against my observations above...?

"Come on man, put your big boy pants on...jeez.." A most "impressive" riposte indeed. My recreational flying wager's always open.....? Perhap "you'se" could dazzle me/us all by showing off "your big boy pants" at least? ;)

Luv,
"Let them rot in Phoenix."??? I'm at a loss. I'm a commuter and my first choice for a base is PHX. I understand your anger towards the Nic, but you really expect the west pilots to hand over their seniority to pilots, many of whom didn't even bring a job to the merger, so they can bid east? I must really be out of the loop, because I don't get it.
Bean
The West are handing over seniority everyday an East pilot moves up into a retiree's spot. Everyday.

Perhaps "you'se" should consider having those "Integrity Matters" T-shirts touched up a bit to include "Integrity Matters!...But, but!...I run from any challenges!" :) Thanks for the daily chuckles...

I usually don't dry clean the T's before I run down to the gym. ;)

How come I never see Courtney with his big boy pants on the treadmill?

No worries for "you'se" then, since ridiculous attire's serviceable for gym use, and I hope any arcades you frequent as well. An image of a mighty "spartan", umm..."soldier" uniformed in an "Integrity Matters" T-shirt and of course, "big boy pants" forcibly comes to mind. ;)

If you don't buy a tie, do you really mean it?

Good points gentlemen. Perhaps it's in the east's best interests to contribute to the west proclivity towards eternal litigation:  http://www.cactuspilotcontributors.com/libertynecktie.html
