I've been waiting for USAPA's version for hours. I guess I have nothing to go over my head, yet I will post the observation you-saps have a very sloooow spin cycle.

I don't disagree that USAPA has a propensity to sit on information far longer than they should.

I would but I have spent part of the day seizing lawn chairs, palm fronds and Liberty ties out of the pool after a Cat 1 haboob.
