Snap has a habit of posting entire routine filings, from only one side of the argument.... And it seems s/he implicitly assumes such one-sided postings are favorable to AOL (even though AOL isn't even a party to any legal proceeding, nor even any contract).

I simply posted it as it was written. Without comment from Chip, USAPA or myself.

You never "simply post" the pilot's legal filings. You "simply post" the company's filings.

Exactly..... And as slow as judges can be, I am still fairly confident we will get a ruling from the judge sooner than we will get a "simple posting" of USAPA filings from Snap the one-sided poster.

Judges are probably taking the 4th of July off and headed to the beach, so wait a little longer. Unlike those of you in soggy NC.

Well for a pilot you dont know your geography very well, guess why there is an Autopilot.

CLT is no where near the coast where Arthur is knocking, ILM is four hours away from CLT.

I've been waiting for USAPA's version for hours. I guess I have nothing to go over my head, yet I will post the observation you-saps have a very sloooow spin cycle.
