Where's USAPA? ALPA is once again leading the way for the profession, just like with KCM (have you noticed every KCM sign has the TSA and ALPA logo together?), but where's USAPA's support? Oh yea...The only thing that really matters to USAPA and their supporters is to virtually stapling the entire West pilot SL to the bottom of the USAPA proposed joint US Airways-AWA ISL and then going to M-B with a 2-way arbitration with USAPA acting like a union on FPL post SCC. 

And that would be representing there pilot group appropriately, based on the bylaws...

So, I really dont understand your point? Are you under the impresion that a union is not suppose to uphold the bylaws for there reprsented pilots?

I must ask, Chip Brewster, why is your line of questioning exactly the same as Senator Brewster's questioning that tried to bury TWA, which was run by Howard Hughes at the time? Brewster threw out a lot of misleading questions designed to bury TWA, while Brewster was bought out by Pan Am during the hearings. You are not a pilot at heart, just another leach of a politician. 
 
I find it very ironic that you, CM, pretend to be the "best friend of the pilots", while obviously you have a different personal agenda. What is so fukin stupid about it is that ANYONE that reads these boards can see right through your rouse, yet you continue on. Talk about a court jester. No one has any respect for you. IMO, somehow you are only interested in lining your own pockets and don't care at all about aviation.
 
You definitely do not have a single pilot's best interest in mind, just your own agenda. So sad that you can't see what a failure you are with your posts.

What do Mark C Doyal, Tony Anger, Eric Ferguson, jeff Koontz, David Braid say when west pilots ask them about when they will ever bid out of PHX?
west pilots Operation Leonidas backfired tremendously.
East pilots are benefitting from PHX pilots self lockout of attrition. Looks like for years.
Munn has to face worried questions from Doyal. That explains Munns frantic FUD.
Munn has fed a boatload of incorrect predictions to Doyal.

Doyal was schooled by Wilder and USAPA. Along with Ferguson and Koontz.

The rest of us?  We're enjoying the delays (especially the new-hire captains and wide-body F/Os.)
 
USAPA, or if necessary USAPA LLC, is ready, willing and able to fund lawsuits if the APA oversteps.
 
(Somebody told me we still have a presence in PHX.  I thought Parker closed that rathole months ago.)
