I'm game for that, dude.

But USAPA refuses to submit it, or any list, for that matter.  Maybe you should contact your reps?
That would probably work for almost everyone, but can they legally form a list between east and west? What provides APA the most legal protection from DFR? This is so screwed up that it may take 5-10 yrs to work out.

good question , but really do not see one list. No combined contractual list, just like vacations, pay for red eyes etc! Just as the Nic was in a letter of agreement that was voided by the MOU so was a single combined list. My guess 3 lists with 2 of them represented by USAPA. APA settles without an M/B arbitration and it is sorted out in 2025 long after we're gone! Just like NYC pointed out! Start the countdown clock!

If there is a negotiated SLI, having to work with three lists is a non-event, IMHO.  I have a feeling any M-B arbitration panel (if it gets to that point) will balk if presented with three lists.  Any attempt to combine the US Airways east and west lists would be a violation of the M-B law, which specifically states that groups represented by the same union must use that union's policy.

nycbusdriver: USAPA should simply present one list based on LOS and be done with it.  If the whack-a-doodles want to hold things up in court yet again, then let them.  Status quo works for eveybody involved, except them (a fact that is made increasingly obvious with each and every bid.)  Let them sue and sue and sue yet again through the year 2020, and beyond.  THAT is what a pyrrhic victory would be for the westicles:  In the year 2025, the courts finally rule that the Nicolau is indeed final and binding...but there's only a dozen pilots left that are affected by it!

The good part's that none at American or the east side lose anything, and in fact keep respective attrition entirely unmolested, should it all stay tied up in courts. Keep those lawyers well fed for however long "you'se" wish "spartans".

It seems the APA is dragging their feet, the longer this goes on the more of their own attrition they will capture which works for us also. As nevergiveup stated 5 to 10 years would be nice.

For God's sake please pay attention. The APA does not now nor will they EVER owe the "West" anything. USAPA is their duly elected CBA for SLI purposes. If USAPA was found not liable for not using the NIC why on God's earth would they find APA liable??

Stop buying into the CO/APA bullshit. No legal basis for it.

NYC, didn't read that far into it, but it does sound feasible after all! These little Spartans are destined to spend a lot of time on GILLIGANS ISLAND, and with the court venue outside the island going to be interesting!

You must have missed Chip lounging poolside with the two hot blonde models in his 30 minute hair plug replacement infomercial.  Though he looked eerily like a latter day Elliot Rodger, let there be no doubt that those nubile young ladies were all over it once they saw him in his US Airways uniform.

Technically speaking, it was a violation of company policy to wear the uniform in the infomercial, but hey, a dog's gotta eat!

I am sure that each and every one of those women raced to the pay check window to get the helll outta there. Then, even after several drinks, they all dreamt of Christopher Walken with hair plugs 🙂
