I said the CWA shouldn't sell out the MIA employees to keep people at express stations like MDT, MYR, PNS, SRQ, etc that don't have mainline flying. Why should they make the same as the people in the hubs? Ellis says they should and the MIA agents disagree.

Roa you wanted the small stations gone and keep catering. Tim told me all about it, you are very divisional and only care about your own job, not very union like. Had catering been cut those people would have ended up on the ramp even 700 stated this. It makes more sense to retain cargo for AA TWU over catering for US IAM. At USAIR LSG Skychefs anyway prepares the meals why shouldn't they load them into the plane? Other than WN and sCO at UA there is a reason no other US carrier has catering.

I highly doubt that in the course of so many conversations over so many years that anyone has said that they want to exchange one job to keep another. Although a closet phantom such as yourself clearly has an agenda to create fear and confusion and a level of divisiveness that supports your particular cause, your credibility in this arena is zero.

Twisting words and creating a false impression is one of the oldest forms of trickery there is and only complete fools fall for it as such.

Robbed even as an objector by law the Union must provide the same level of representation to an objector. If not that's a DFR suit waiting to happen.

Actually they dont.
 
You can provide basic representation and they can sue you all you want, and they wont win.
 
How many people have you represented that were dues objectors?
 
How much training have you had in the subject?

I heard from a delegate at the convention that delaney mentioned contention between the twu and iam and that the matter may have to go to the afl for discussions. I dont clam to know what the issues are but is twu backing out?

There is a letter out.
 
There are a few issues they want resolved.
 
One is BOS and who is going to be the representative union.
 
Another is the strike vote language. 
 
And some class and craft issues where at PMUS they are unionized and at PMAA they are not.

Josh u cld be a non paying union therefore as 700 noted they can provide basic but anyone cld file a suit but it doesnt mean they wld win just think if u stopped paying ur phne bill wld u sue for reinstatement
