Are stations picking up insourced work being opened for system transfers in? Wouldn't transfer list have to be utilized before off the street/preferential hiring?
Stations picking up insourced work will accommodate in station and system transfer bids first, preferential interviewing of the vendor employees next and hiring from the street for any remaining openings.

Robbed the June 2014 agreement was section six negotiations for standalone PM-US negotiated by the IAM for the the IAM members. The TWU and the alliance had no part in it. What's more concerning is you seem convinced it's such a great agreement when the reality is it leaves you at the bottom of the industry. With people like you who have their expectations set so low it's no wonder the IAM hasn't been kicked off the property yet.

From what I understand... if an election is ordered, concerning the Fleet Service, the ballot choice will be representation by the "Association" or no representation at all. If this is the case; I welcome either an election or the Association being recognized as the bargaining representative for the Fleet Service. I realize the situation is a little more complicated on the MTC. and Related side with AMFA trying to get on the ballot. This thread, however, is dedicated to Fleet Service issues. Let's recognize the different scenarios of both groups and make appropriate posts on each respective thread Josh. If the Fleet ballot is representation by the "Alliance" or no representation (employees at will); how should, in your infinite wisdom, a Fleet Service agent vote?

I would vote to be unorganized before joining the IAM or this alliance. IAM or TWU, the TWU is the clear winner. They have negotiated industry leading agreements at WN and Local 100 with the MTA. Due to Bob Owens' efforts the ATD has cleared out people like Bobby Gless and Don Videtich who destroyed their careers. The IAM however is unaccountable and has the same people running the union who brought you to the bottom of the industry. AA made $1.9 billion in the first half of the year, it's pathetic that the IAM settled for such a garbage agreement at US.

"'I would vote to be unorganized before joining the IAM or this alliance." This statement, josh, speaks volumes to your character. Be gone!

Scapegoating is one of the few things local management is able to do competently at my station so I hold the opposite opinion.

Sorry, but no union at all is a much deeper darkness than you're painting the IAM/Alliance to be.  You're very good at on-paper analyses, but as to the real-world experiences of my work group below the wing and beneath the terminals you are evidently aloof.

Sorta like his best friend the dl cheerleader. Josh its either union n have protection or no union and the at will company u knw like dl employees are at will. Ill vote yes for alliance

And yet DL employees make more than you and even with your negotiated scope language DL has employees doing ramp in more locations-43 stations plus 17 cargo locations.
