Will Friday Be The Day?

Problem being Hackboy is that I'm not who you think I am. Earl can very well handle Dan, question being is why would he? Your bench pressing may be impressive to the girls but not to me biggun, I saw and heard an overweight mouth with a face only a mother could love attached, you also suffer from high blood pressure, that was quite evident.
Thats just the the problem with you twu jonny *hitbox types, you claim to be a twu tough guys, but you hide behind an alias. Like all of the twu toughguys and team twu, no one is accountable for the failures and lies of this cesspool you all call a union, the twu. Why don't you step out into the light? What are you worried about? Surely you can't be worried about the AMFA organizers, right earl?

If you are none other than infamous ex-union steward earl steve connel, be a man and step up. Its all too easy to sit back and rail on people, and then hide. Your sentence structure is quite the same as earl's. You use the same idiocy earl does in his posts of self induced delirium.

I'll see ya at the gym, show me how its done old man.

This drive is well in hand for AMFA, the twu is gone, and none too soon.

AMFA 04!!!!!

<_< Bob----- To answeer your question, I saw a flyer quoting you on this board, that said, if one of the overhaul bases was to be closed it should be MCI, because it was the oldest, and had the oldest work force! Now, who do you think would put out a flyer like that?? And I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but what are your feelings on the Senority issue? Knowing that we at TWA dovetailed your fellow AMFA members in with Ozark? Signed:" Just enother one of a.a.'s redheaded step children!"
Should? I dont believe I said "should". I said that from what I see that the company would most likely close down MCI before TUL or AFW for those reasons you stated. However if anyone said that I wrote they "should" shut down MCI then they are lying.

I am against dovetailing the TWU guys as I have stated many times before. I believe that I've stated why several times.

You guys may have been dovetailed if you had held on to your successorship clause. Or TWA may have liquidated and you would have come in with nothing like all the EAL, Pan Am, and even ex-TWA workers who quit prior to the buyout. Or perhaps TWA would have given it another attempt. Your union, in order to facilitate the buyout, agreed to waive it, at OZARK, they did not. Your union did not stand their ground and now you expect that we should just give you what you were not willing to take any risks to get. Its no secret that you guys welcomed the buy out, we did not.

We have nothing against you guys, I do not want to trade places and I feel empathy towards your situtaion, however, I dont feel that as an employee at AA I'm being selfish in not wanting to step aside and let someone who came from a company that was headed towards extinction come in and take my job. I did not choose to work for TWA, I chose AA, why should I be negatively impacted by someone elses decision? If this were the way things were all the time I could accept that. If I could leave AA and carry my seniority then I most certainly could not object to allowing others to do the same. In fact I would favor a move by the union to create portable seniority. But to agree to a system within the union that rewards employees for undercutting the wage across the industry in order to support a failed business plan , and that punishes those who have the nerve to fight back and take the hits, just does not make sense. When EAL workers were hired at TWA how much credited seniority did they get? Werent they your fellow IAM members? Didnt they lose their jobs and all their seniority fighting Lorenzo while you guys were giving in to Ichann? I'm not saying that our hands are clean here at AA either. But this all leads us back to change now doesnt it?

Wouldnt these things be a lot easier to address if we were all in one union? Your former IAM reps, Sito Panjona and Ed LaClair agree, only they wanted evceryone in the IAM. They claimed that such a proposal was made years ago by the IAM but the other unions said no. Portable seniority could only be possible if we were only in one union.

AMFA offers us the opportunity to all get into one union. Will we always agree on every issue. No, of course not. But it would without a doubt be better than the fractured, corrupt, inefficient, ineffective structure we are currently under.

Hopefully you'll get granted that wish in the near future, say when Jim Little tells you of the TWU's win!
Near Future? It is more like in a galaxy far, far away. Let me see, jim little will not come to a debate to defend his sell out actions and will not answer his membership when they ask questions. But in a alternate reality he makes an appearance to speak of personal fantasies?

Try reality. Try the truth. AMFA wins it's NINTH airline... American Airlines!

GO AMFA!

My question is why is everyone trying to copy Decision 04 Avitar and alias, I managed to come up with my own Avitar and alias all by myself, I am just wondering why some others do not have the intelligence to come up with their own online personality, NO one likes a copy cat boys so how about we try to get a little more original, although I am sure that your copying him has made his day.

Here are a few suggestions for original names that as far as I know NO one has on the board so far.

Sheep Boy :D
Dumb Arss
Totally Worthless Union ( wait that one is already taken Sorry :( )
Coward
Schemer
Liar

This is just a short list, I am sure the group could come up with others if none of these suite you.

It seems to me that AA is taking a big chance by sending a list to the NMB with obvious intentional errors on it, I can't believe they could possibly think that they would get away with it.

Whats the risk?

The Risk:

if we don't get the list down to where it really is for Mechanic & Related, than you will have dead people, retired workers and management voting on your letters of agreements and your next contract!

Listen Gary, I do not want to argue with you, I truly want to see what you see in AMFA that is so good.
Let me break it down to you like this:
  • At MCIE when we have differences we do NOT bench press.
  • At MCIE there is more than Earl that feels the way he does towards AMFA.
  • At MCIE the majority do actually want their jobs.
  • At MCIE their is not a valid AMFA rep/organizer.
"I'll see ya in the gym? Is that a pick up line in Texas?

Larry, the amfa wannabes are dancing a different tune at other locations!

The NMB is in control, They will ultimately make the decissions, As for Management, you are reading a script that amfa is telling the organizers to repeat on the floor! Half-truths and lies are typical rhetoric from Amfa! The truth will prevail!

That is another big fat LIE.

The MEMBERSHIP will ultimately make the decision via ballot.

And you are correct "the truth will prevail"!
