I consider these conversations as helping them answer the hard questions that will be asked. I'm hoping they see it that way, but who knows. it's their members voting.

When will the full T/As be available for viewing? Been nearly a week since they reached an agreement.

Josh

Yawn............good morning Nelson ...........do you want to play today?

In all fairness get a cup of coffee and eat a good breakfast. I want you on top of your game today.

Nelson you loss the coin toss ....

So I'll kick it off..................................

You double dipper !!,

Rather than attack Tim, care to tell us when the T/As will be viewable?

Josh

Nelson is the one to claim to be a French model. He thinks he is the messiah of the labor movement in the aviation industry. he has hurt people for his own gain whether for his own jollies or whatever other motives. He was asked to write his version of iron clad but he refuses why? Because he can't

So Nelson ............. Double dipper.

I don't sense that one bit. It seems in certain circles within the IAM Tim is disliked because he holds the leadership accountable and educates the membership. Yourself and others in this thread have made serious charges against Tim and when asked questions or shown facts you completely ignore and avoid what is being asked of you. Is this what the labor movement has come to? As pathetic as it was for 141 to agree to this nonsense, now you are advocating people just shut up and blindly support this nonsense? Again, if Tim is this radical anti labor figure you and others have claimed, why are you going to such lengths to attack him in this thread? Why are there thousands of employees actively participating on Facebook? Sorry but that just doesn't add up.

The facts were not ignored Nelson misrepresents himself and has verbally attacked good people on facebook He blocks individuals when they have opposing views and ignores the facts and spins for his own sick agenda. Bonjour I want my retro.

Everyone it is a fact Nelson ran for president and got spanked so it in the realm of possibility he takes every opportunity to get even with members and their leaders . So if his fingers are clicking he must be lying.

Josh this is a game of one on one if you want to cheerleader for Nelson stay on the sideline

Trying to tie an election loss(es) with some sort of revenge scenario is flawed logic at best.

No, the truth is he's an agitator, and doesn't tolerate lazy representation. He has a large voice, because what he has to say resonates with a large swath of your membership. Wanna know how to silence "dangerous" people like Tim? Have 141 get it's sh*t together. Or, to use your term, have them "be on top of their game." It's really that easy...

Doesn't work that way on a public forum. You don;t get to select your audience. it's just like when you walk into a breakroom to discuss this T/A with the membership. You do plan on doing roadshows, right?

I'm looking forward to the roadshow. I remember the last one where Delaney and Co. came to EWR. A lot of questions was asked and people didn't like the TA and how they could sell that POS. And Tim was not the blame for that failure. We all can READ!!!!

The only concern I have is after I'm done reading this and coming up with my decision, is the voting process. I hear that it's going to be a 1 day in-person voting process, instead of the mail-in. If so, IMHO that will drive down the numbers due to apathy, and this will pass, even if there are questions about any portion of the TA. If this rumor is true, it would play on sCO's well know apathy, and the numbers would be smaller. Also, IMHO, one day would not cut it. People are all over the system, and some of the members work from home and locations that do not have a nearby lodge. So when the roadshow come, the District better explain the logistics of the voting process, and the system that will be in place.

(Sidebar: I wish that one day, elections - local & national should be done on a weekend, instead of the antiquated first Tuesday in November - but I digress.....) More people would participate......

Seems like classic used car salesman high pressure sales pitch to me.

"Details about the early out? Whats with all the questions? Don't you trust us? Shut up and sign up already damn it!".

One day in person voting? Whats next, guys named Rocco and Vinnie Umbatz outside the polling site telling people "Sorry to hear about what happened to your family...tomorrow." if the right vote isn't cast?

But yeah, it's Tim Nelsons fault.

Nelson come back and debate here where I can't be blocked. Your chicken little theory is a fairy tale you dreamed up in your dark little computer room.
