Weez they were picketing in a remote part of the airport they would have been more noticeable in a row boat in the middle of Flushing Bay. Sito Pantoja was not named at all in the DOL suit and the DOL dropped the suit by settlement and the alleged perpetrators were removed and had to recompensate the trust for their misdeeds. And the trust was ordered by the DOL to make changes to make it more secure. (Essentially they have eyes on them now)

767 I'm not a union guy at all in fact we were non union from when I started (78) to the 90s . I actually vote no to several union attempts then things went downhill and we had to do something. The reason why I preferred the same union as the AMTS is that if we ever had to strike we could shut down the airline now it doesn't matter there is no way any of the big 4 airlines will be permitted to strike. I'm not anti AMFA I'm more anti someone coming here preaching about it when things aren't really that much better where he is. I think you know now is not the time for a change it would delay your contract indefinitely I just don't hear it at work my neighbor is an AMT at JFK and I have to hear it at home too

If that Ponzi scam is part of the contract I say it will be shot down. No one in his right mind would want to be part of that whether they are young or old.

The point is you're likely to be in the TWU the rest of your career as far as the IAMPF I agree but I'm 58 and have to stick with i,t perhaps I can cultivate a taste for cat food and taking a half a Crestor pill a day we shall see
