Vaughn Cordle

Regardless of what you think about what happened almost 20 years ago at UA, the fact remains that Vaughn has earned the right to have CFA (chartered financial analyst) appear after his name.

CFA: A professional designation given by the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) that measures the competence and integrity of financial analysts. Candidates are required to pass three levels of exams covering areas such as accounting, economics, ethics, money management, and security analysis.

Such an individual must have a minimum of three years of investment/financial experience, and meet certain standards of professional conduct. These individuals have an extensive economic and investing background and are competent at a high level of analysis. Individuals or corporations utilize their services as security analysts, portfolio managers or investment advisors.

So, as much as you want to paint him as a pilot-analyst-wannabe, he's got more real credentials in the financial area than a lot of other people, including over-quoted pundits like Mike Boyd.

And I do have to say it -- appearing on FOX's O'Reilly Factor certainly trumps appearing in the Charlotte Snooze and Observer or having your own "corner" on USAviation.Com...

So what if 320 has used Cordle quotes in the past? 320 delivers the news to the people of this board. I don't see anything in those posts about his personal feelings towards Cordle (which he has now shared).

Well duh and why does he share his feelings now on Cordle? Because Cordle's words this time doesn't fit 320's agenda. Ding ding

So Cordle is uninformed, but only when he disagrees with the latest 320 spin. Thanks for the search, mweiss.

Question: How does "USA320Pilot's personal feeling towards Cordle" matter?

Answer: This helps prove that USA320Pilot is not bringing you "fair and balanced" news, but rather promoting his own adgenda, whatever that is. For a while, it was a UCT/ICT. Then it was saving his pension. Most recently, it has been saving his job. These statements show that when an "expert" agrees with USA320 Pilot, he posts their opinions, agrees with them, and then uses them as proof that his agenda is progressing. When these "experts" disagree with USA320Pilot, he goes out and tries to discredit them, because they "oppose" his adgenda. This makes USA320Pilot's "news" as reliable as CBS.

I am certain we can find similar statements on Mike Boyd, whom USA320Pilot also recently decreed as "uninformed".

Good work mweiss!

P.S. Somebody ought to IM USA320Pilot, because he has also admitted to not following up on his own posts.

You don't think it's relevant?

A320 started an an entire thread just to discredit someone whom in the past, when their agendas matched, he has quoted to help support his arguments.

See it now?

Cordle must be the only pilot in the universe not accepted into ALPA! To bad he works for United and not Continental ;)
