Oh, so now the CEO negotiates directly with the Union President.

Yea, you must have a GREAT source of info.
Easy kitten.

The offer was there. Cleary wanted it but without Nic.

Hence the stab at the emergency stay that failed miserably.

At least it got rid of the first request as well.
 
So if we don't have the same revenue stream as DL, how does Parker justify taking a much better pay package than any other CEO?


That only applies to labor, he makes the rules. And labor that is split about a dozen ways allows him to do. Until this bunch decides to stop throwing rocks at each other we will remain right where we are.

Instead, call a member of the BPR and asked him directly if an offer near or at Delta's contract was put on the table.

It's a yes or no answer. Anything more than that, well...

Seems simple doesn't it? The company will not give a DL parity contract until WE AS A PILOT GROUP DEMAND IT via our hired union. I for one am fed up with working for bankruptcy wages, how about you?

There has been no offer as we are in Sec. 6 negotiations, I thought we were with mediators behind closed doors, and why would anyone one a delta contract, We work way more than a delta guy . And if they did I would say we have some good leverage against the company.

Doug might have said something like "If you guys will move on and we can do a merger with UA, we can produce a contract like DL/NW". I don't know, but we didn't merge with UA, so I seriously doubt there is an offer on the table other than the wonderful Kirby proposal.

What does this have to do with anything? Just like the pilots, he gets what he negotiates. The only differences are that USAPA has been hog-tied by Judge wake, and Parker is negotiating with his "hand-picked" BOD.

Revenue and profit have absolutely NOTHING to do with CEO pay. Just ask any shareholder of AIG or Goldman Sachs.

When was the last time you contacted your reps? I let mine know how I feel and quite often btw!

I'm sure your reps agree with most of what you share with them, mine do not. A friend of mine(east guy that has fought for them) made me aware of the C18 situation and they didn't like what I had to say about it.

usapa is not hog-tied by a federal judge. usapa was formed to do something ILLEGAL. once the corrupt founders are kicked out, thrown in jail or fired than maybe we can get a better contract.
