Old news. That quote is from the company filing posted on MONDAY, about as new as you can get. This is not about the west lawsuit. That is what the COMPANY said not the west pilots.

Please explain how you intend to successfully sue USAPA and the company after a court rules in a way that favors the USAPA position in this matter....

Don't get your panties in a bunch, e. You come onto this thread (US Pilots Labor Discussion), and espouse views just like those people who are CLT, PHL & DCA based LCC pilots. You give a few back-handed clues as to your actual employment situation......I made an educated guess (Virgin is SFO based, and there are several former AAA pilots over there).

Since you do not work for LCC and apparently I've missed my guess, there must be some other AAA connection. Maybe your grandmother was the first US Air flight attendant. Who knows. Post your opinion to your heart's content, and have a blessed day!
