Your continued charges of lying only show that you cannot and will not focus on the facts of the discussion and instead want to throw mud as if that will change the facts.

Pot meet kettle.

You are a liar.

Myself and others have posted a small sampling of your lies, you lie so much you dont know fact from fiction.

so that is all you have? just more personal attacks?

nothing showing that DL's tenure at DAL is ending?

no one ever said that the #3 or lower carrier in a market can't survive.

Do you really want to go there?

yes, I actually do want to go there because it involves facts.

This is like shooting fish in a barrel!

AA is still 3 of 3 on TATL and TPAC
Yes AA is strategically backed into a corner

By my count, I think you've told 3 lies today before 9 a.m.
Why don't you quit while you're ahead.

If AA is losing market share and if DL is allowed to stay in DAL, along with WN,UA and VX, then maybe AA should sue the DOJ for totally blowing the ruling....

Just the truth, something you have no clue or idea about.
actually, I have spoken the truth.

it is precisely the truth that so many of you seem to struggle with, including in this case that DL is not out of DAL despite the repeated calls by many of you that they would be.

This is great entertainment while I am recuperating.

sorry to hear you are down for the count.

wishing you a speedy recovery.

the DOJ's entire point was to reduce AA's grip on the market.

that was their call, not mine.

I do not believe they came anywhere close to making the right decision by forcing a divestiture of slots to WN who has a more concentrated operation at DAL than any carrier has at any other airport the size of DAL, but you will have to take up your argument with whether the decision was right with the DOJ.

A slight misunderstanding, perhaps, but the DOJ isn't to blame here. AA and WN both agreed to the Five Party agreement that limited what AA could do at DAL and what WN could do at DFW.

They could have remained at both airports, but it's a waste of resources to do so, which is the same conclusion that UA seems to have also reached.

correct, E.

the DOJ can't be blamed because AA agreed to the divestiture as a condition of the merger, but is there anyone here (except for the WN folks) who think it was fair for AA to have to give up its entire pre-merger DCA slot portfolio plus access to DAL as the price for getting a merger?

regardless of what anyone thinks, I would go to bat for AA in a Texas minute to regain those slots and for its return to DAL - as long as DL remains as well.

given that WN has now dominated DAL far worse than any legacy carrier has of any other airport, the whole slot divestiture was a fraud and indicative of how absolutely clueless the DOJ is regarding airline issues.

itll be quite interesting to see what happens come July at DAL  whether or NOT DL remains at DAL
robbed, I know you were asking about these other cities before.  These were just announced to start at DAL;

Southwest names nine destinations that will get Love Field flights

Here is a good break down of the pricing out of DAL with these new flights, if it wasn't for UAL agreeing to sub lease SWA those 2 gates, I couldn't see SWA adding all these flights so quickly.  And BTW, we are hearing of more coming by summer...

You are correct, July will get very interesting.  With these new cities and added flights brings SWA up to 13 flights to be flown out of the 2 new gates from UAL, with possibly more coming by summer.  I just can't see where SWA would be able to accommodate Delta with a half gate anymore after July. Virgin has a total of 13 flights out of DAL with 2 gates and they cannot accommodate Delta either.  To me it looks as if all gates at DAL will be fully utilized by April.  I would expect more announcements coming by July.  Maybe, just maybe Virgin could squeeze Delta in at one of their gates, but I just don't see the room at any of SWA's gates.  Even the media are wondering what will happen come July;

Southwest gains more Dallas gates; Delta to get booted?

and, as I said would be the case, there are no flights to DTW, MSP, or SLC and there are no new flights to any UA hubs other than DEN. WN knows with whom to pick a fight.

let us know when DL is forced out and doesn't fight back.

until then, DL is still at DAL.
