Pilots and flight attendants have one union one voice respectively. The passenger service agents have a association already established and the AA side never was unionized. The AA agents went along with the union. Their contract passed but 4500 did not vote for reasons unknown. I would say a majority would be AA folks, my opinion. We have a newly formed Association that consists of two different unions with two different work practices and neither wants to give anything up. So now the two unions are fighting over what stays and goes. We are negotiating (fighting for territory) within the unions before we can face the company in real negotiations. The company is laughing at us. The International is still collecting dues. So we give concessions within ourselves then we go and give more to get a JCBA. Either way you look at it we the members are the biggest losers in more ways than one. After the first and only meeting this year the company has shown a lack of respect for all the members of the Association. For me that sums it up.
