As for the common sense you seem to lack....When the NMB is on RECORD directly disagreeing with the "opinion" of one Joshua D. McInerney .... I think its fairly obvious(to those NOT pushing the ibt agenda at least)you go with the NMB

So I guess in cases like yours common sense aint so common.

Good god people!! Have you not read the release from the TWU. They too, along with AMFA have admitted that the teamsters CANNOT force the company to open nego. The company has to agree to a re-opener. AMFA has also said the same thing. Call the damb NMB, they will in fact answer your question for you, and lead you to the written language to confirm it. I know all you teamster lovers want to believeit, and are afraid to get it confirmed. It's all there gentlemen, the infomation you crave is there. Like I said, you guys need to "take the time" to resurch it yourselves to get your answers. That was truly an exceptional post. Some things are better left untyped in my opinion and I do believe this is a perfect example above in it's entirety.

Anomaly, Brian, TSH & SWAMT all are currently or past AMFA represented and currently or past IBT represented so why would their opinions and experiences not be welcomed when all that most AA AMTs have are ideas and and opinions and no actual experience working under either. Again, I thank you guys for what you offer on both sides of the fence and apologize for any unwarranted negative feedback you have received. Keep up the good work!

If this excuse keeps you warm then live in fear. You'd make a perfect twu international representative. I never said identifying yourself when writing what you believe is "admirable". That is your chosen word to deflect from my asking you to let us all know who you are. You don't work for AA, how can we know that for sure?

I deflect nothing, I do PC work on the side and have been involved in forums (admin & mod etc) for years and have seen what can happen to people when they deny or fail to realize what can happen when a blackhat targets someone. Point being for me to let everything be known about me on the net because you need proof is outside my online common sense zone. The fact that yourself and others made that stupid mistake in the past and you keep putting info out there about yourself shows me just who I am dealing with. If you don't believe I work for AA and/or that I am International that's fine with me, don't really care.
