The unions own the certification, they can petition the board for the Alliance.

Yes, but they are petitioning for a NEW certification. The rules governing that are clear.

If the NMB tries to certify the Alliance without a representational vote expect lawsuits.

Maybe it is time for a massive letter writing campaign to let the NMB know that the TWU money being used for influence is coming from our paychecks and should not be used against us in such an Anti-American way!

Don't you think that the TWU and the IAM have sought their legal council in drafting their submission to the NMB? I would have to guess that between the two unions they have a pretty well accomplished and expensive legal team. Now add to that the legal team that the NMB would employ.

You have to love America. Someone doesn't do what you want or maybe is not going to do what you want so you threaten to sue them? Sue Nation!

You can fall down in front of Warren Buffets house and try to sue him but good luck. Again you'll absolutely find a lawyer to take on your case if you pay him enough. But at the end of the day who is going to be holding the money?

I went out on ID a few weeks ago cause I wacked my knee. I'm still receiving solicitations from Lawyers. I'm in Miami and I'm getting some from as far away as Tampa. Too many to count so far.

Pilots do not have an alliance. They agreed on one union. Nice try.
Learn to educate yourself.

The NMB has declared SCS for the pilots, the flight attendants and the CWA/IBT Association which is an Alliance.

The SCS has nothing to do with the there being an alliance, it constitutes a single transportation system.

Dont let the facts get in your way, once again.

And didn't it appear to you from the response that SWAMT got from the NMB that they were warning about that No Union option and what the consequences of that were?

Hell some of your members still actually believe that if they vote no union they will get to keep their current CBA.

A walking bunch of rocket scientists if you ask me.

My suggestion to you is try reading the NMB representation manual.

Your ridiculous attempt at characterizing legal action against the NMB as simply being "sue nation" shows just how much you don't understand about the process.

If the NMB attempts to go against their PUBLISHED PROCEDURES expect lawsuits

I don't work for the NMB. Have at it.

BUT you may want to wait and read there ruling before you put your cart before the horse there?
