Maybe it is time for a massive letter writing campaign to let the NMB know that the TWU money being used for influence is coming from our paychecks and should not be used against us in such an Anti-American way!

Don't you think that the TWU and the IAM have sought their legal council in drafting their submission to the NMB? I would have to guess that between the two unions they have a pretty well accomplished and expensive legal team. Now add to that the legal team that the NMB would employ.ThirdSeatHero said:

You can fall down in front of Warren Buffets house and try to sue him but good luck. Again you'll absolutely find a lawyer to take on your case if you pay him enough. But at the end of the day who is going to be holding the money?
I went out on ID a few weeks ago cause I wacked my knee. I'm still receiving solicitations from Lawyers. I'm in Miami and I'm getting some from as far away as Tampa. Too many to count so far.

The SCS has nothing to do with the there being an alliance, it constitutes a single transportation system.
