And I'm proud to say I 've worked with them for 30+ years! That's something a.a. well never understand! a.a. is not a people orianted company! TWA was! Southwest is! Actually, IMHO, Ozark was one of the friendliest, well run, customer and employee oriented airlines, of the 3 airlines I've been attached too. 🙂

I remember the TWA people telling me (originally Ozark) that they thought the Ozark people were so nice. I always told them - that I thought the TWA people were always nice. I sure do miss you all. I hope you all are doing well and look forward to seeing everyone in the near future.
