The tittle of this thread was TWA Seniority Lawsuit Dismissed? Returning to that theme, I see an appeal has been filed. The other TWA F/A lawsuit about seniority is moving right along as AA band APFA's motions for dismissal and summary judgment have been denied by the Federal Court in Illinois. Trial is possible around mid-year 2005.
