Ask Gary P or Sean Doyle. One of them should know.
for all your knowledge and resources you can't tell me? or maybe it is tight lipped secret like everything else in the TWU higher offices.
no one knows the amount i am asking about except the company and a few individuals in the twu past and present

So now they want another 5% of OUR equity to cover a lawsuit? WTF!!!

We do not even get a vote on this. Another 5% is about $1,000 on top of the first 5% they are holding.  $2,000 for what? That is my money and who in the hell do they think they can skim another 5% off the top?
Did the early out guys get a bonus of $39,000 for leaving?
I though the company decided that the early out guys are not entitled to the equity? Why is the TWU being sued with our money at stake?

TWU GOT TO GO!!!!!

AGAIN I ASK,  HAVE YOU GUYS HAD ENOUGH YET???  The TWU will burn all the money away fighting a lawsuit, with no membership input what-so-ever.  FIRE them guys C'mon...

The TWU is being sued because the equity committee decided how the distribution should occur amongst the membership. The company was only required to provide the stock per the BK settlement.

Nope Chuck I really don't know the complete answer on this one. Again, ask Gary P or Sean Doyle they should know.

Is that with or without the 10% the TWU is extorting from its membership?

The mouse (TWU) left in charge of the cheese (Our Money).

Okay Conehead. Ill bite. Where does that number come from?

With the TWU theives upping the percentage they are keeping for just in cases. By the end of the 120 days we will probably owe them shares.

Also, based on NYer's logic, the prefunding match was put on the back burner until the 120 day shares were settled so the retiree's could not claim some of the equity. Well, guess what, that back burner is so far back now with the suit that it could years, if ever before anything happens with the match...

Well I usually don't agree much with BO, but, the equity is a forgone conclusion, next. The match, pipe dream, next. Hope the US guys get a good agreement, that's our next best hope for any meaningful gains especially in the case of a combined carrier/CBA.

I though dues money was supposed to cover any lawsuits and the running of the union. If not, what is the dues money for?
