Teamsters filed at USAir for representation

Funny you are both quiet now!

Look, 700 is just lying more.
On usairways property, some mx here at ord will become mx members. Their agc said even though they will become twu that they will remain in the iampf. The company cant breach the agreement and their is no language saying the company can bail out and stop paying if the iam is voted out. The iam totally pisses me off in organizing drives as they think folks are stupid.
If the trustees threaten the members by making them hostage to the iampf then the iam should be tossed and everyone should think twice about the iampf. 700 himself said the trustees can stop the payments.

Wrong again Tim

The IAM members in the alliance will remain IAM members and just pay dues to the TWU, the pension is protected in the alliance agreement. And there is a portion in it that states they will try and negotiate the IAMNPF for all alliance members.

Keep trying Tim you are the master of lies.

Read the letter from Steve Sleigh, the alliance is not decertifying the IAM.

Read the letter you are just ignorant, its in black and white.

700, if the iam truly stoops even lower than i can imagine and hose the usair mx if they fire the bums then there will 100% be some people that will set up meetings with dl stews explaining to them how the iam hosed them.

Someone posted a list of IAM stations and another of TWU stations. You mean to say dues will be paid to a different collective bargaining agent than the the one who negotiates and enforces the CBA?

Josh

I am telling you how it is.

Each union member will still be members of their original union, they will pay dues to the union that represents that station.

The alliance has pension protections for both sides.

How are they stooping lower?

Everything is spelled out in the alliance agreement, do you not know how to read it?

Hey buy any gift cards lately?

And read the letter tim from the pension plan, who is right? that would me and not you!

700, that letter by steve was carefully written. But that is not the situation at usairways. Kindly review your contract and u will see that the company is obligated to contribute. Only the fleet service agreement gives the company an out into a 401k.

Read the alliance agreement its spelled out clearly.

The alliance will have no members nor collect dues.

Each member will still be a member of their respective union and pay dues to the union that covers that station.

I read Steve's letter, and got the information from Regan and Ryan, Tim your wrong, your such a megalomaniac you cant even admit when your wrong.

Your not a M&R member, your not a member not a rep of DL 142 nor are you a pension expert nor do you head the plan.

Example that is similar, NW's flight attendants voted out the IBT and voted in the PFAA, the CBA stated the DCO was for the IBT, NW stopped collecting dues and paying to the PFAA and they took NW on and lost. So NW didnt collect dues and forward them to the PFAA until the PFAA had a new concessionary contract.

And who are you 700 other than someone who got fired after falsyfying union business? Your not even an iam member. Yet you do work for the iam and have access to all iam officers. Yet your ghost employee scam allows you to continue collecting off the public dime. It is time someone reports you to the irs.

US Airways will immediately stop paying.

I have heard the plan reps and the glrs and gcs state this over and over and the IAM has put it out in writing many times.

I guess you all fail to remember when US stopped paying into the plan for fleet and the plan was about to kick them out unless they paid.

And tim and usno your both liars, here is the proof!

http://usaamerger.co...eigh-Letter.pdf

No proof you liar.

Is it that difficult for you to comprehend what you are reading????

Your link says and I quote

"Under the terms of the Plan, participation of a contributing Employer terminates when the employer is no longer obligated by the collective bargaining agreement with the I.A.M. to make contributions to the fund"

decertification of the I.A.M. does not alter the CBA and at worse it stays at status quo. The CBA requires, as I pointed out before, the company to continue making contributions I.A.M plan.

Also as I pointed out before the plan rules allows participation by other bargaining agents when approved by Trustee's.
