TA reached for TWU dispatchers and Ops specialists at AA

I promised an update, but it won't be until later. Sorry for the delay. But I will say, the money is there. And it's a lot.

Patience is a virtue. Thank you Sir.

We already know the money is DL+3

My question is
What is the 401k match language?
Did it go to a contribution?
What percentage?

Here goes and I'll just cover key points. No need to talk about our definitions and bulletin boards.

Compensation- Delta plus 3. Premium positions got increase.
Vacation- added a week back to first two steps. Max still at 30.
Sick- 8 days
Duration- 5 years. Percentage increase 2/2/2/3 %
401k- 5.5 percent
Medical- No change

The rest is dispatch specific, but I'll be happy to answer questions.

Any work rule changes, Bogey

Bogey , do you guys participate in the CS policy? in or out of contract? Was the sick time converted to point system or not?

LUS and LAA had different applications on how to bid vacation. LUS by occupational and LAA by company. AA switched to US.

We do not participate in the cs policy.

Sick time was not converted to a points system.

Your 10 Hollidays are Double Time I assume. Can you convert the holidays into 2 weeks extra vacation like the agents?

And I'm guessing you get full weeks now and not just 4 days each?

Yes, they are double time. No you can not convert to vacation.

Vacation weeks are full weeks now. The remaining steps got the one day back.

Ballot instructions mailed today. Count is April 14th and signing the 15th. Money in the April 29 check.

Here's an off the cuff question. Do you like the deal?
