1) be changed to a contribution
2) be increased to at least what the Flight Attendant's got (9.9% for 5 years if over 50)
I mean after all the company only made over $10 Billion in profit the last 2 years and will make multi billion profit this year.
Our compensation is being closely tied to Delta.
They just received a very large pay raise , in addition, they increased their 401k match, now around 9%.
A 5.5% match would be disappointing, and disturbing, and, I might add a preview of what the mechanic group can expect the TWU to capitulate to.
