Revoking Your Iam Membership

I will not post my name, why don't you post yours? And yes I will still be employed after utility is let go, and I will still be under the terms of the Mechanic and Related Contract, sorry to burst your bubble.

Why don't you tell everyone the truth about still being employed. Because you were appointed to an iam position that you can't get laid off from. All those years of bootlicking, lunch retrieving, coffee grabbing and beer running finally paid off. Congratulations you found peronal rewards for helping sell out the membership, mostly your own kind. Your just like the pilot group who would devour their own young for an extra buck. Take a long look in the mirror cause you aint my union brother.

I was not appointed to an IAM position, I am working for US Airways, not the IAM.

You really need to check your facts before you post wrong information, attacks and insults.

I see the pressure is getting to you! Keep on defending poor representation that IAM high paying job is just an appointment away!

You stand corrected, the appointed iam job happened several months ago.I see it a fair trade off, assisting in the screwing of my coworkers for personal rewards. Its the iam way!!

I am curious about this off topic item here. Not long ago you did a lot of bashing about people getting jobs they were not qualified for. I was wondering and curious what qualifications did you have to sit at the negotiating table with so many employees jobs at risk? How about your credentials?

P.S. Actually I admire anyone that is able to get a job he wasn't qualified for AS LONG as he can get the job done.

hey ace...i was appointed to an IAM position and i'm heading for the door...so where you coming from???

Wrong again, I am not in a high paying appointed IAM job, I work 40 hours a week at US Airways and recieve my paycheck from them, not the IAM.

And to UVN, I dont have to answer to you, you are not an IAM member. And the people that know me, know my credentials.

By the way you mentioned your still working dumping lavs for now but soon your job will be eliminated and then will be on recall! Recall for a job thats been eliminated isnt that like waiting to go ice skating on a pond when you live in brazil?

Just not gonna happen.

Keep those lips puckered I'm sure you will get the big promotion!

Let me give you some secret iam history on those 800 utility jobs haveing recall rights. You see the company wanted ALL utility gone, but the iam NEGOTIATED to keep 50 on board. The reason behind this is quite simple but once again very deceiving. With the 800 laid off, and them having recall rights assures the iam of not being able to be booted off the property. These 800 fall under the group that would have to send in cards from another union to force a representation vote. They knew by NEGOTIATING to leave that classification open with 50 members it would make it extremely difficult to ever get voted off the property. The 2 million dollar question is what was given up in return. Maybe skill pay for the mechanics, or part of our FAA license pay, the list could go on and on but will never no. Sleep well 700 aka Mr. Arnold!!

Thats funny you always ask others things as if they have to answer up to you yet when you are asked something you used the tried and true 700 standard answer "I don't have to answer to you" But its ok I and I am sure everyone else understood your answer. You have no credentials, experience, training or university etc. to speak of to put you in that position, just that blue streak down your back. By the way I do know you don't I?

There is a difference, if its at the local level or higher up the ladder like our boy.

I have plenty of schooling and training, this is a form about how to revoke your IAM membership, not my bio, and for anyone that knows me may ask me in person what schooling, classes, workshops and other things I have been trained for.

And you are a non-employee and a non-member, so what crude attempt at insults does not matter. just show your lack of credibility.

hey doc...you know the days of another union coming on property are probably nill now...i don't think anyone really gives a damn anymore...

Dr. EVIL never said it was high paying. Dr. EVIL is a very powerful man with many resources, and very valid info system wide. The truth will set you free. :p

We are fully aware of that, but it was designed that way by the so called union that mis represents us.
