Funny thing is they usually kick and scream the most when they are being escorted out the door when their number is called!!Unless of course you happen to be one of the lucky few with the golden chute, those I cannot blame as you get the $$ screw-up or not!!!
Never been dragged out the door kicking and screaming in 10+ years in management. Unlike some of the other folks in management, I actually do my job and follow through on the details.
